Never turned on without charging cable connected

Even you charge it completely and take it out in car or anywhere it will never turn on. It has nice games, my 7 year old son loves it a lot. But it's a big hassle as he can only use it when it is plug it to the power outlet. I'm returning it.

I thought it would have been a really nice present something he'll love and easy to play with but . It won't even turn on ! I've charged it over night and nothing ! I'm very upset about this table & I'm hoping to get my money back for this!
