Q: Can they download games? Do they have play store?
A: Yes it connects to google play. And you can download games. We have downloaded several including mine craft.
Q: Can you access YouTube from this device?
A: You can on the parent mode , it's up to you if you allow the kids to have the app on there side you have complete control on what your kids have. In our home my kids loose youtube for behavior.
Q: Does it have to insert memory card?
A: You can insert as card for expanded storage
Q: Does this tablet have a plug in for headphones?
A: Yes it does. The Apple earbuds fit it too. It even has an automatic pause that displays on the screen to notify you of the recommended maximum volume level, but you can still raise it up one more level until it displays again and then allows you to turn it all the way up.
