This controller is great for durability and compatibility to other consoles such as PS4 and PS5. I have clumsy brothers that constantly mess up the joysticks with precious PlayStation controllers. This controller is not only durable but feels high quality with all buttons and joysticks. On top of that I love how this controller feels like an Xbox controller for its size and joystick setup.

You can customize the controller response to your individual preference. Also, the INCLUDED interchangeable parts rock. Weighted stick swaps, differing rise height stick swaps, and other replaceables make this controller a cut above the rest. Definitely worth the investment

Great controller, works well couldn't find macro button mapping

tl;dr - good for this casual gamer Picked this up from Best Buy (open box) as I had a $25 credit that was expiring. This is a backup to an Astro C40 (great controller but the triggers are squeaking annoyingly). This is about the same size and weight of the Astro but grateful for the USB-C connection (I mainly use it wired), There was a short learning curve as I'm used to the PS4's joysticks being thumb-controlled (vs asymmetrical) but I do see the benefit I like the heft - this is a solidly built controller. The only minor nitpick I have is that the sound EQ, 1) doesn't seem to stay set, and 2) doesn't really sound different - I've tried the racing and the arcade setting and they sound the same to me. Other than that, a good choice especially if you're planning to upgrade from PS4 to PS5

Honestly, the controller is great. It’s just hard to figure out all the features since nacon has a lot of their stuff in French and if it weren’t for AI search results, I would never have found the English version of the manual for it. Plus instead of having a app to be able to do in depth customization of the remote you have to download software on a computer not great if you’re not good with computers

My son absolutely loves this controller and he has tried many. This is his favorite and he has no desire to switch.

Nacon website facilitates the customization of your controller. Not only that but you can also have different modes for different games on your controller. I’ve been using it for over a year and the sticks haven’t failed. Not stick drift.

Nice overall controller. Bought it because of all the stick drift with the PS controllers. It takes some getting used to due to the buttons layout and features it has. But overall like the controller. The stock movement is a little weird at first. But recommend it

I love this controller, it has rgb lighting. Hall effect sticks for no drift. The software works great to customize your setting that you wanr. You have 3 sets of stick heads to change out as well. Wireless or wired it works as well. Overall i can recommend it.

To start off i was a little disappointed that the controller is not bluetooth. It only uses Bluetooth to pair a headset to the controller. You cannot connect to a device by bluetooth. You must use the USB dongle. So when I use it on my PC it takes up a USB port. With that out the way the PC software is good at best. The controller itself is fair. I got mines on sale but I will say that I would not pay full price for this.

The controller by itself is good. Nice quality and I liked the bottom buttons since you don’t have to worry about them falling off. But, I returned it because it has to have a dongle to connect to a PS5 and since my PS5 only has usb c connections I have to have an adapter too. So I was not a fan of that set up.

Great remote, the software can be a little daunting, but with some reading, you can figure it out.

Regarding the product: literally looked like new. Great product, works perfectly and couldn’t be more happier about this purchase. Regarding best buy, I am a fan. Every experience purchasing from Best Buy is pleasant.

This controller is awesome, I love the bulky and the texture when it’s in my hands.

I bought months ago and still works like it’s new, I would high look into open box items

Great controller I have had 2 scuffs before and they all broke quickly and started getting stick drift so far i have 2 months and no issues i like the feel and buttons, i recommend

Best controller for the long run, avoid stick drift, personalize the weight and sticks too.

The controller and the additional buttons have helped me step up my gaming abilities. I play alot of first person shooter games and it works great for them.
