The Darkness is a very good shooter that also has a good story l;ine and good game mechanics. It is better the darkness one and has better visuals and sound effects as well. The only knock on the game is it could have been longer and the AI could have been a little smarter.

I liked the first Darkness game and was interested in the continued storyline. I picked this game up for a great price and wasn't disappointed. The game is all around a good time, with a pretty cool story so if you like first person shooters, this is definitely recommended. It has an interesting twist to the shooter genre in that you can control two demon arms that tear people apart, while shooting at the same time. It's fun

This game is amazing. It's much better than the first one, and more action packed. There is more gore, and seems to be more cursing (I don't really mind, but it does get a little annoying). The graphics are very good, and the game really has really good replay value. The online mode is quite fun, but I know there are not many people playing it. Overall it's a great game, and I really recommend it. I bought it pre-owned, and it was shrink-wrapped again, and literally had no scratches. Second pre-owned game I bought from Best Buy!

It'worth playing, but no where near as good as the 1st. Well worth buying it pre owned for $5 though.

I usually play COD and other shooter games. I may stick to that franchise. Use of "snakes" etc can be awkward.

When I got this, I was hoping for a game that was as fun as the original. What I got was something completely different. It was like they took everything I loved about the first game - the great feeling combat, the interesting plot, and the awesome executions - and threw it all away to make this. I would highly recommend The Darkness, but stay far away from The Darkness 2.

this is a great game if you're a mature gamer, as it is extremely violent. if u buy this game for anyone under 18, then u are the problem in this country! anyway, really awesome game tho, i give it an "A"

The Darkness II was a great game to play through. But it could have been a lot longer.

Pre-owned and played well for the type of game. A little glitchie, kind of slow on game engine. All in all not bad.

The game is very good but graphic should been better but everything is good

The story, the gunplay, the tentacle darkness, the blood, the gore... all plays into Darkness II. The story is so good, it entails the character (it looks like anyway) from the last game, Jackie, dealing with the Darkness and pursuing some bad dudes through the whole game while trying to keep his mafia group together.

great game,good prices,excelent graphics,but load games
