Great looking steelbook. Cover art and interior art is wonderful. The Image quality is a huge upgrade from the old blu-ray. Its like watching the original film stock! HDR and details look gorgeous. The film grain is stable with no overt DNR waxing. The sound is fine too, but nothing to spray your shorts over. The only reason I am not giving this steelbook edition of Vacation a perfect rating, is that it lacks the blu-ray disc with all of its special features. So DON'T toss your blu-ray if you upgrade this movie to 4K.

Excellent product, very good movie and the design that they did I liked a lot. The steelbook arrived with a little bump, but it is totally understandable, I contacted them and they very kindly told me that I could go to the store and they would change it, excellent service.

I had the honor of working on this remaster and I always purchase a copy myself. This was a 4k transfer from the OCN for the first time. I was not let down, our efforts to preserve the grain have resulted in a true to film look. The color was matched to the way it looked in its original theatrical release. The steel book is a must buy with its great artwork. Is it perfect, no, but it is true to what is on the film.

This is how steels should be done. Original art to a classic movie - you can't go wrong. This is a home run release for a movie everyone should have seen at this point. It's one of those movies that makes for a solid revisit every now and then. This steel looks incredible.

Bought my copy first and was blown away with the packaging and artwork on the steelbook. Warner Brothers is pulling out all the stops to celebrate their 100th anniversary, and I am here for it! My friend loved the film too, so I got him one for his birthday present. He was just as impressed!

The Griswolds have planned all year for a great summer vacation. From their suburban Chicago home, across America, to the wonders of the Walley World fun park in California, every step of the way has been carefully plotted. So what if they lose all their money when their new car gets wrecked. And it's not too bad when Cousin Eddie deposits sour Aunt Edna in their back seat for a lift to Phoenix. But what really keeps Clark's eyes on the road is a flirtation with a mysterious blonde in a red Ferrari.

And yeah let the fans rejoice with thy original poster art on the book made of steel (well more likely aluminum). Yet we not be worthy of owing such a glorious piece of cinematic history in the year of 2023 of our Lord. Hallelujah, Amen and Let’s Go! (to Wallyworld)

We all know the movie itself is great, but the 4k transfer was very well done, fine detail and colors really stand out. The sound is also very well done. Just be warned no special features on the 4k so if you have the blu ray that comes with special features keep it.

A lifelong favorite, I never knew this film could look this good! It’s like watching a film print straight out of the theater and into your home! This is never going to look better at home, period!

I'm always on board for a good preservation of an 80s film. Although this is a blind buy, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Not the biggest Chevy Chase fan but he's done some fine work. This steelbook comes with original movie artwork which I'm all for. I recommend those who have purchased the previous bluray, keep your copy as this edition does not come with special features.

I LOVE this cover for the steelbook. Its National Lampoon's Vacation. Do I really need to say more? Classic. The classica are always better than modern day film folks.

I give this a 5, well because it’s “Vacation”! Classic, iconic, however you want to classify it. Chevy and he gang at their loony best. Throw in the steelbook packaging and yeah it’s a 5.

If one cares about packaging, it's worth the extra money for the classic cover over the new artwork. Great transfer, extras lack but more available through Movies Anywhere redemption.

This is my favorite from all the National Lampoons movie and perfect for the adults and some kids, but great to watch as a family. Grew up watching this with my parents. Great times

This is the best that this movie has looked. The steel book art is very nice. I wish that they produced some extras for this title, but a good upgrade over the older bluray.

This movie is a classic and definitely a must watch if youre a movie fanatic! Highly recommended. They dont make comedy movies like this anymore sadly

National lampoons vacation looks great in 4k. The picture looks excellent and the skin tones are very clear. A nice movie to watch with family and friends.

A classic comedy on 4K...finally! The adventures of the Griswolds has received a needed upgrade from the so so blu ray. Jump in your Truckster and pick this up!
