I am on my second cable because the first one (an open box product) suddenly stopped working. While I've rated the cable 3 stars (because the first one became dysfunctional so soon after purchase), I give customer service 5 stars. With proper documentation, they sent me a new cable. Waiting to see how this one performs.

Great Idea - falls short on performance

Great while it lasted

I loved this one in the two weeks it lasted. After 2 weeks of use the part that goes into the phone broke off. And was not repairable

Begins wearing quickly
