This is an excellent user friendly piece of equipment. My weight is slightly over 200 lbs and bike is very sturdy!

Received this stationary bicycle last night (delivered by Best Buy contractor). It took about 3 hours to assemble (by myself with minimal distractions). Poor directions lacking adequate details required taking some portions apart and re-assembling them). Today, tried bike out this morning. There is extremely obvious "slippage" between the pedal assembly and the flywheel, which causes very jerky abnormal pedaling movements and is much more noticeable at lower resistance settings (up to about level 14). The handlebar heart rate monitor is way off, and usually does not detect anything, but when it does it is way above the actual hear rate (like 160 - 170 BPM when it actually is about 120 BPM), but that is pretty common in all devices to not pick up a heart rate at all. The calories burned and distance also seem to be double what it would actually be in real life. I did not try the bluetooth or advanced settings on this device, since it is not working properly in the most basic intended mode... to pedal smoothly with varying degrees of resistance. The manual has no "trouble shooting" section in it. I will call the Nautilus phone # tomorrow, since today is Sunday. If there cannot be a very quick resolution to this problem matter, I am afraid this 83 pound beast will be getting returned to Best Buy, since it has a very obvious defect, and I only have a very limited return period and will not wait beyond the last day to return time period. I wonder if I will get $300 extra in refund for assembling it at home like Best Buy charges? Also, if you plan to use this machine in a more advanced mode other than basic, it says to download the "Nautilus Training" app.. there is no app by that name 12/10/2022 in the Apple app store. Other apps are needed to tract your "training".

Had to return it. Spent a couple of hours putting it together just to plug it in and then have it not work.

Bike fell apart within a few months of using it and Bluetooth never worked

This bike definitely serves my needs for the option of indoor exercise at home. My husband put it together in less than an hour. It has great adjustment levels to fit different riders. I also enjoy the fan on the front, it helps cool me off when breaking a sweat! A couple issues I have are: the Bluetooth connectivity does not work because the app to use with it is discontinued. There are other options but I haven’t found them very useful. I instead use my Apple Watch, along with Google Fit to track my workouts but the bike also tracks some data for you. Secondly, the seat is taking some getting used to for me, as I am a beginner at cycling. My groin and seat area are sore but hopefully I will adjust soon. I would like to recommend that the manufacturer provide more details on how to adjust the bike for specific heights because it’s taking some trial and error to get it right. Overall I enjoy this bike, it’s given me the great option to workout indoors and saves me time so I don’t have to go to the gym or keep a membership.

Assembly was very easy…took less than 30 minutes. Bike is sturdy and of good quality. The seat is very hard and uncomfortable. Takes up very little room and has some nice features. Would strongly recommend as an affordable option, but I’m not kidding when I say that the seat is uncomfortable.

This exercise bike is fantastic. It was all set up and ready to go a short while after it arrived. The integration with the iPhone app is seamless and it is enjoyable to ride while cycling through such interesting and beautiful places.

The bike is ok and quite comfortable to ride but it is little bulky and the console does mot hold properly in place. The pedals and wheel are quiet and transitions are very smooth. Overall not a bad bike but little overpriced considering the lack of any smart features and compatibility with many apps.

A very solid exercise bike for the price. The platform itself is well constructed with the ability to fine tune your position. There are no squeaks and there is no pulsation or slippage. Connectivity to limited apps is an issue. I wish that the display had more features like speed and cadence. I use may Garmin to record the time, then edit the Garmin activity to capture distance.

Haven’t used yet! Waiting for it to stay warm to use! Looks nice after I put together!

I was going to purchase a more expensive stationary bike with more bells and whistles. Instead I bought the U618 and a 42" Smart TV to stream whatever I wanted. Also, the U618 offers a variety of different programs to further enhance my workout. I Ended up saving over $1000!
