Big timesaver with three dogs. Keeps the floors very clean and handles the dog hair.

We had a Roomba vacuum for years until it kicked the bucket. After reading many reviews we decided to go with the Neato for the connected functionality. The Roomba used to get stuck easily and have a short battery life (30-40 min). The Neato is great at getting itself out of places that it might get stuck and continues on. The battery life is longer than expected, Neato typically runs 1.5 - 2 hours on a single charge and cleans the majority of the house. The dust bin is much easier to empty than the Roomba and the notifications that it has finished cleaning are convenient. Overall, a wonderful purchase! Would recommend!

Easy to setup. I have not used my Dyson since I bought this baby 6 weeks ago. Does a great job of the actually vacuuming. Emptying the bin is easy, and the program is simple and easy. If this is what the future looks like, I'm all about it.

We have three cats and two of our friends with pets used Neato vacuums and spoke highly of the efficacy of the devices. We finally bit the bullet and purchased the high-end version and I am glad we did. I have often had to communicate with my robot via my phone when I was out and didn't want it to run since we don't let it run when we are not home (in cases where cat accidents would make a worse mess). We started by running our robot daily but learned we needed a break a couple of days a week. Robot vacuums are not quiet and you really don't want them to be to do a good job. Overall having a Neato patrol our cat fur has allowed me to vacuum less often and for less time when I do vacuum our furniture. I would be interested in a model that could navigate a couch by climbing on it yet I am happy to have the floors looking clean and neat. :)

Awesome product, makes life so much easier for parents with young kids

I purchased this as a replacement for my Neato XV-12 which threw an error code I couldn't fix. But I also have a fairly wireless home and was looking to add to the capabilities. Originally purchased another Botvac model and had nothing but problems keeping it connected to the wi-fi. Took it back and got this one. No problems. Only problem I have is that it CONSTANTLY get wedged under the front of my fridge and doesn't finish cleaning my home. If I could figure that out all would be great!!

Great vacuum. Easy to set up. Long battery life. It does get stuck a lot under and around furniture especially on rugs.

Picks up litter and cat fur. Doesnt do 100% clean job but it surely makes a big difference. Picks up ALOT of fur off the floor and carpet. Gets most litter, but does miss some here and there. Overall a great vacumn

It’s not a smart enough robot for scheduled cleaning always needs help aong the way which is fine if you’re home all day Takes the vac approximately 4.2 hours to clean 1500 sq ft And you have to watch it to assist

Great Vacuum, unless it gets stuck. I am very impressed with how well it covers all areas of the floor. It does get stuck on my diningroom chairs however. Keeps the floors tidy with 2 dogs and 1 cat in the house.

Best purchase ever. Runs while im sleeping. I can have it clean using my phone might buy another for the second floor. Very methodical mapping. Will return to its charging base when needed and start right where it left off after its charged.

Great product. Some reviews have complained about it getting stuck, but as long as you properly prep the area it'll be fine. Lost one star because the battery didn't last as long as expected, even on Eco mode.

I got this Neato in mid November 2017. So far it meets my expectations for a robotic vacuum. I have it on a schedule, and as long as the floor is cleared of any small items that could get trapped in the vacuum's brush (i.e., cords), it gets around my apartment with no problems. From the look of the dust bin, this thing picks up a lot of dust and dirt.

My wife wanted me to purchase this for her and I was a bit skeptical. I was expecting very little in the way of performance but have been pleasantly surprised. The vacuum does a good job on hard surfaces and is fairly good on rugs (we have oriental rugs not carpet). We have a dog which sheds constantly and this unit does a pretty good job with picking up the hair. Not as good as doing it the old fashioned way but we just run it more often. Unit navigates under/around furniture rather well.

Does a better job than the old upright. An amazing machine.

We run this bot on a daily basis for about 2 weeks now (hardwood and tile home). The Neato navigates around new objects with ease. It did have some growing pains the first couple of days trying to escape the home through a closed door. However, it has learned the space and can even climb a 1 inch rise in my kitchen. Also, it has had no issues with finding it's dock and charging. I love that the app will show you where the bot has cleaned and, if it gets stuck, the app will show you where in your home you can find it. The only drawbacks I have are that it bleets like a lamb every time it has an error (e.g. gets stuck). It also once had connection issues with Alexa; but, these are minor issues to me.
