Vacuum does a great job on hardwood, tile and carpet. Very impressed with its ability to pick up dirt and dog hair. Takes about 3.5 hours for 1800 square feet, but who cares as you can start it from work.

I picked on of these units up a couple of weeks ago for the downstairs of my large tile floor house and it works great. It maps the rooms out and navigates well, unlike some of the other less intelligent robots that seem to clean by sheer random luck. It works surprisingly well and so far I am quite pleased with it.

This is a fantastic unit and has lots of suction. The filter is great. Buy replacement that are not the paper ones to keep it collecting the dust bunnies. Does 800 sf in one battery charge....love it

It cleans great. Sometimes it can’t find its way back to the charger. I think it is still learning.

The setup is easy. The sound is a low tone that does not get my dog upset. It's amazing how much it gets out of the carpet that the other vacuum does not pickup. Once it's turned on it creates its own map.

It is pretty handy not having to vacuum the house anymore. The set up is fairly easy. Picks up everything, I was surprised by how much dirtbit picked up the first couple of times. It gets the corners pretty well. It gets stuck every once in a while, but is annoying when you have it on schedule mode and you get hole from work and it hasn’t cleaned because it got stuck. But otherwise, this product deserves a solid 4 1/2 stars.

Excellent suction. Figures out room layout then cleans. Cleans three rooms on one charge. Must pick up items like throw rugs and dog toys to prevent tangling. Informs you of problem it encounters.

This vacuum picks up considerably better than the iRobot, battery life is good, cleaning map is a great way to tell where it has cleaned. The mobile app is just ok. I consider this a good value.

I love Neato. After my research I determined they are the best brand for robotic vacuum. They work more efficient that some of the other competitors. This model covers every square foot of my house. It has great suction power for what it is, and aside from emptying the trash bean requires little maintenance. I clean it once a month and only use neato brand accessories as per their recommendation. It is linked to my Google Home and Alexa. It doesn't work with HomeKit which is a bummer. App is straight forward. You can give it schedule to clean or just do it manually and remotely.

This Vacuum is one of the best smart vacuums i have ever used!! the vacuum didn't disappoint me at all even when picking up dog hair (We have four dogs) floors were clean every day i came home!!

It is easy to set up and easier to use via my iPhone.

App is non-responsive most of the time and has options that cannot be selected. Robot is intelligent enough to do a thorough job cleaning a floor with many obstacles. Price was amazing ($700 product only $450 at Best Buy). If you have a pet that is being potty-trained, I would wait until the animal is trained before using this product unsupervised. Nobody wants animal waste spread across the floor

I have absolutely no complaints thus far. The navigation system has been great after the initial mapping. I have a dog and it’s excellent with the dog hair thus far, much better job than my last standing vacuum. Limitations are only the obvious ones, fails to get into certain locations. I have hardwood floors with a shag rug, which it has no issues with. There’s also a large lip going into the kitchen. If it doesn’t make it over initially it will back up them accelerate over it. So in summation, I’m in love with this thing. I can’t attest to the longevity as I’ve had it for only 1 month. Hopefully this lasts as long as possible!

At first, it seemed like a lot of money to plunk down on a vacuum cleaner. Even an automatic one. But after several months of daily use, I think I made a sound investment. It is by no means a perfect product. Sometimes it gets stuck. Sometimes it gets stuck in the same location and does not have the capability to learn from those type of mistakes. That aside, I must say I am impressed with how it performs on a daily basis. I have it cleaning my entire 1st floor every day which contain area rugs, hardwood floors, and tile. Every day I am amazed at the dirt it picks up. My floor have never been cleaner. As far as maintenance, all you need do is clean the dust bin, filter, and occasionally the sensors and brushes. The companion app on my iPhone (also available for android) is easy to use and shows a detailed and quite accurate map of my first floor and exactly where the Neato has cleaned. The only other aspect I am less than thrilled with is having to put down magnetic strips, (a small amount supplied with the unit), where you do not want the vacuum to go. This inconvenience has been addressed with the new model that is due to be released sometime soon. Also, keep in mind these automatic vacuums just do floors. You will still need to vacuum your woodwork and furniture the old fashioned way. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that enjoys a consistently clean floor. Especially if you have a dog and a cat like I do.

For the most part it works really well. A few stuck moments but overall good.

Neato w control app. I wanted the connected feature. It has it, but it is limited in what it will control. Essentially it gives you start and pause, that's it. No return to base, one of the key features. I would pass on the connect model and buy the non-connected. The up charge for the limited app capability is not worth the up charge.

I had had a Roomba a long time ago and it took me a long time to try another robot because of the issues I had with it. I scheduled my Neato to run daily and it usually never finished without get stuck somewhere. It would get stuck on rugs, under chairs & the vanity or on anything. The one time it didn't get stuck, it couldn't find it's way back to the base. Eventually it got embarrassed about getting stuck and would say its brush needed to be cleaned. (The app would tell on it though and let me know it was stuck.) And then when I moved it to unstick it, it couldn't remember where the base was. Even if I set it down right in front of the base. I ended up returning it. Not paying $700 for this.

One of the best robot vacs in market. Great performance! Only con I’d have is that this model has a glossy black finish top which scratches super easy.
