It’s been over two months since we purchased this vacuum. It was great when we bought it and it is still great. Our house has more than 3000 square feet on one level. The battery will not last while cleaning all of the house but this is not a problem. When the battery is almost exhausted, the robot will stop vacuuming and return to its base. After it is fully recharged, it will return to the place it was when it stopped and it will continue until it finishes. We have a condo in Florida and we even take the robot with us. I was afraid it would not be able to pick up sand very well I was wrong because it did a wonderful job, even with sand.

Effective in cleaning but still not fully able to clean all areas. Still need to manually clean certain areas.

First one had charging issues, returned and got a replacement.. Does an great job of cleaning and it moves quite fast. Definitely would recommend!

Great little robot - we named her Rosie. Picks up an incredible amount of dust and car hair. Runs a little loud in normal mode, haven't tried quiet mode yet. Once we're comfortable that she won't fall down the stairs or eat the cat we'll run her while we're not there - at which point noise won't matter. She has gotten stuck a couple of times (at which point I receive a notification on my phone "I'm Stuck"). I've learned to block off areas as no-go zones. I like receiving the visual coverage map when she's done. The interface to the phone, tablet, and Alexa is handy.

So far it's doing what I want it to do. I just wanted it to clean the main parts of the floor so it at least looks clean most of the time.

This is the first robotic vacuum I’ve bought, but wanted to give it a shot. Overall, works pretty well. We run it almost daily & it always has a collection in the dust bin. Only thing is it can get lost on occasion or continually work around the same piece of furniture for 20 minutes - so not perfection but I still think it was worth the buy.

Amazed at how much dirt he finds. He rarely gets stuck, but he beeps until I find him. Love that he works on a schedule and returns to base on his own.

This is an awesome automated vacuum. The fact that you can connect to it via the app is incredibly convenient. The problem is you need to be mindful about any furniture you have that may bump the little top nub. It is not smart enough to know or acknowledge this aspect so if anything bumps that part, it could get stuck. Otherwise, a great machine.

I love so much about this vacuum. She doesn't clean 100%, but 95% clean is better than 100% dirty. It takes about five minutes to prep my house for her and I don't have to really vacuum but once a month to every other month. I have 3 dogs with one being a lab. We know how they shed. She handles him blowing his coat like a champ!

Had a Roomba robot vacuum few years ago and thought it was great, but this Neato works even better. First day used it to clean the whole house and it never got stuck under furniture or had any problems at all.

First week I am owning this machine. Texting this out and has gotten stuck few times. Will update review once i have had more time.

I splurged & bought this for myself...kinda nice gift to help get the house clean without working hard, lol...it is really fun to watch it work but I tried to move things out of its way & it got confused & started going in circles, then couldn’t seem to find its charging station...will try using it again but will let it work on its own...

I have tried a few other brands and models that just didn’t clean. Picked this one up on sale and can’t live without it. Cleaning maps are accurate, and it navigates the whole first floor of my house with ease. Definitely would recommend!

This vacuum is wonderful for homes with pets that shed! We run ours every other day and it keeps the house from turning into a dust bowl. We still have to use our other, regular vacuum for doing baseboards and corners or behind low furniture, but this botvac is amazing! It's pretty amazing at getting in and around furniture!

Initially I purchased the D5 used it and it worked fantastically. I then was advised to exchange it for the Botvac Connected because it had more features, LCD, etc. When I opened it, I loved it. It looks better, you can control it manually.. awesome features which the D5 does not have. Unfortunately, that is all it has. The bot hit everything, went in circles, only turned on for a minute before shutting off. It could never find it's way back to dock. Consistently kept stopping on my shaggy rug, which the D5, had no issues at all! It gave errors within the first 5 minutes of use, clean the blades when there was nothing on the blades. Move the object in it's path, when there was nothing in front of it. I even added magnets on the ground so it wouldn't go past the magnet onto the shaggy carpet, it rolled right over the magnets! It was actually pretty funny. This has been such a pain! I called customer service and they advised me to put magnets over my entire area rug under my dining room table.. HUH? Then he tells me to close off my dining room area.. What!? Did I just pay $700.00 for a bot to seal my home? So SUPER DISAPPOINTING, needless to say I will be returning.

We have 2 kids under 5 yrs old and 2 very messy dogs.. We've had it for about 2 months now and we cannot live without it anymore! I always kid at home saying if there is a fire in the house I will grab the kids, dogs and my Neato.. Super great little helper.. highly recomend! It feels great to know that my under bed and sofas are always clean. The only down side is that sometimes it doesn't connect very well to its charger. At first it was getting stuck a lot, but we learned to prep the house for it. All in all it cleasn very well!

I was very disappointed with my Neato Botvac Connected. Although It does a part of the job by itself, It has whole slew of its' own problems and challenges. - It can't serve the whole purpose since, It couldn't clean my rug in the living room. I had to clean just the rug separately with manual vacuum. Neato Manual drive got it stuck in the rug jamming the brush. - The fact that, It leaves some spots out - Only can charges itself twice i.e. no matter it covered all ground or not, After the first recharge, It comes back to charge and never go back to work by itself since it reports the job done though it did cover all the ground. It sucks that initiating a clean again would start over and leave the ground untouched that it initially did not cover at all.. - It has trouble navigating itself out of my pantry since it did not seem to recognize the small doorway. - It can't cover my 1500 sq.ft home in two iterations. - It can't pickup the dust in my kitchen that's next to the trim shoe I gotta say, it worked great in areas with no obstacles which isn't a real-time case. Returning mine.

So far, I love this thing. after my initial cleaning, I set it to work. I have 3 dogs that shed a lot of hair. It has to be used every day, to stay ahead of the dust and dog hair. So far, I'm completely happy with it

Haven't had it long enough to rate longevity but it does a really great job at ---wait for it----- vacuuming.

Recently I upgraded my Neato Vac to this model. Has far surpassed all of my expectations. First time cleaning, it took almost 2 hours because of laser mapping of my place. Now it averages about 37 minutes of run time. It lets me know via my phone if it gets stuck, when it's done, and provides a map that shows where it vacuumed. Also, if you are expecting company, you can start it vacuuming thru an app on your phone, so your guests think you freshly vacuumed. Best budget model out there!!!
