This vaccum is a life saver. It does carpet, tile and hardwood floor. My house looks clean. I have it schedule for 3 days a week and it does a fantastic job for 4 bedrooms,livingroom, family room and kitchen. The only reason gave a 4 stars, it because it use to lose connectivity. It got better after software update.

Pick up is great ....just make sure you remove items that may entangle the vacuum such as electrical cords.

I bought this vacume for my wife couple of months ago cause she was tired of vacuuming everyday. At first she doesn’t like it, but few days later she started loving it cause it works as awesome as she aspected. She was so surprised and she loves it more than I do now. It’s very easy to use and works great. Even my 18 months daughter knows how to start and stop it. It’s like one of our pet. Love it. Great stuff to buy. Thanks Neato for making my life easier!! :)

The Neato works fantastically well. It’s pretty quiet, it navigates much more efficiently than most vacuums, and it does a pretty good job of cleaning pet hair. It does need to be emptied regularly though.

After trying and sending back 3 popular brands of robot vacuums the Neato not only can navigate the house with out getting lost, it cleans in a pattern and can make the transition from hardwood to thick pile carpet it also picks up pet hair from low tight pile carpets. Customer service has been wonderful to work with whenever I had questions. The large roller brush picks up more debris than any other product I've tried. With multiple pets this is a must have...

I enjoy being able to come home to a clean home! Scheduling is easy and it is great for dog and cat hair.

First one had bad software.2nd one works as described. Need to be patient as it learns the house.

This is our second or actually our third Neato. The first one we had to replace while still under manufacturer warranty. Initially dirt bin would pop open and then battery issues. In the final days it would give error codes that could not be resolved without sending the unit away to a third party repair facility. The error code was suppose to be a simple fix with instructions to clean the sensors. We followed the directions however we could not resolve the issue.The cost of shipping and initial diagnostic evaluation was not worth repairing. There was no guarantee that it wouldn’t be expensive to fix. The dirt bin would constantly pop open and a re-design I believe solved the issue. We decided to give Neato another try even if we didn’t have very good luck with the first purchase. CNET said that this model was the best robot vacuum for your money. So far so good. We learned our lesson on the first Neato and purchased additional warranty from Best Buy.

This vaccuum is not too bad. I thought it would clean much better for the price I paid for it. But oh well..

This product has worked well thus far. Need a bit more time to fully vette the capabilities.

Love this Neato, my first robot vacuum I couldn’t decide between this and the roomba but after reading all the reviews I decided to go with this one. So glad I did! This vacuum learns your home and does such a wonderful job. I was worried it would be too much for my shedding German Sheppard, but what a surprise! It picks up all the hair and leaves my wood floors shining. If your on the fence, order this one and you’ll be happy you did!

I began using this after Christmas since Santa brought it to us. Took a little while to get it set up with my home network, but it's work well since then. Cleans nicely and then goes into its dock when it has to be recharged. Generally takes two charging to clean all my 1800 square feet. Also be careful to shut small bathroom doors because it can get stuck behind a commode. It also got stuck in a walk-in closet because the hanging clothes on the lower rack confused it.

The reviews on CNET and the robot websites are accurate. There are 2 negatives..1)the robot sometimes does not back up into the charger fully so you have to realign it. 2) the Neato app gives no option to return robot back to base it you stop a full housecleaning mid way.

It works great! It picks up pet hair unbelievably well. The dust bin filled up way too fast the first week I had it, but probably because i don't vacuum under my bed or couch all too often and have a dog. After that though it was great. My only gripe is that the battery doesn't last super long it often has to charge once to finish my apartment which is pretty small only about 900 sq ft. My only other gripe is that it's pretty expensive. but overall satisfied.

I love this machine. Works great takes about one hour to do one floor which is 1000 ft.²

I did a lot or research before I bought this unit. I like the fact that it connects to the internet to allow me to start cleaning while away. Also it lets me know when it is done and shows the areas cleaned in a "map" The dust bin is adequate and I just empty it once it is done cleaning. Will not replace regular vacuuming but does help to keep the dust down between regular cleaning. Easy to replace parts (brush for example). Would buy Neato again.

I have owned this robot vacuum for about a month and it has exceeded my expectations. It handles dog hair and multiple surfaces (hardwood, tile, carpet, and rugs) without any major hiccups. Common to all robot vacuums I have seen, this doesn't always reach right up against my baseboard, but usually cleans within an inch or so. This has proven to be good enough for my basic needs and has made frequent cleaning less time-consuming.

Sure beats tha he big vacuum. Took a bit to get it connected to the WiFi. Works great

I love this vac. I originally bought for tile and hardwood floors but I tried it in my family room carpet which is very plush it worked amazing. The longer you use it the better it gets. I have a golden retriever a fat hairy cat and a small dog they all shed, it picks up amazingly well. Best purchase I have made in a long time!! Highly recommend the neato connected. P/s I tried the Roomba connected this Neato is so much better!!

Works great except it goes under my sofa and get stuck even with the strips fown
