After selling my Roomba I made the decision to go with Neato and I don't regret it. I will say this is a much newer version than my Roomba so it might just be that my Roomba was out of date.

This robot vacuum is awesome. I love the parallel vacuum lines like a real vacuum. It cleans very good, I can control it from my phone with out getting off the couch. I owned a lower model for a couple of years and I couldnt believe they made them better. It is a little loud but quiter than the previous model or a standard vac. The laser scanning has been improved, it doesn't go around running into everything in the room as much.

I have mostly hardwood floor or tile, the vacuum picks up very well except for deep grooves in door mats. Occasionally the vacuum has gotten lost or needs to be reset. It's gotten stuck by running up on things and not being able to retreat. Overall, I'm impressed.

Set it up and charged it very easy. Allowed it to run and used the app to set boundaries. Cleans well efficient and will clean on a schedule and upon request Good value for the money still use vacuum for baseboards.

We purchased this unit over a year ago and it worked great the first day and continues to perform as it has from day one, The unit really runs by itself and there is very little maintenance except cleaning out the dirt locker when the machine tells you it is full. Does a great job on our pet filled home of keeping the dog hair in check.

I absolutely love this vacuum! The economy mode works great which the vacuum finishes my whole downstairs in one round. Didn't think I would like the wifi connect but it sure does come in handy. The pattern that it leaves on the carpet rocks! Every time I come home and my house is vacuumed and my vacuum (Betsy) is back at her base puts a smile on my face! Would definitely recommend a Neato!

My wife and I both work full time jobs and have two small dogs. We run this twice a week (Monday and Thursday) and it helps with the weekend cleaning projects that we have. It is also helping keep the house fee of dust and dander.

Foe vacuuming purpose, It's been good so far. Programming and working with it is some time confusing. For couple of rooms at a time is good but some of the times didn't go back to charging unit on time or didn't connect well with it.

The methoical way of cleaning and the suction power of thie robot vac is amazing. It makes m e feel great in my home now a days. A huge relief for working parents. I believe this is way too cost effective then getting a cleaner every so often. I have truly stopped using my big Dyson vac for last 6 months now and earned lots of time back for myself. Kudos to the innovation here.

This exceeded my expectations on vacuum performance and the app is great.

This neato botvac has really impressed me. It goes around complicated things and the vacuum is strong. Program it for the day and time of your choosing and let it do its thing. Kind of loud if you run it while your in the room with it but you can program it so your not! I really have no negatives about the neato. If you are looking for a botvac I would recommend this one.

Makes everyday household chores so much easier. We love coming home to a vacuumed house. Saves time in everyday chores.

I was hesitant to try a robotic vacuum as I didn't believe it could produce the suction and beater agitation of a full size vac. I was especially interested as how to well it would do with pet hair. I also wasn't willing to pay nearly $1000 for one. After reading numerous reviews from various sources I decided to give the Neato Connected a try. Setup was relatively easy although I did have to attempt the wifi connection a couple times. Download and setup of the app was straight forward. My home has what I would call difficult terrain for a vac like this with some uneven transitions but it navigates them pretty well. I also have a variety of carpet pile heights. One has to do some prep to make sure there isn't anything around that it can suck up and get wrapped around the beater brush or places it can get stuck in or under. I was impressed by the amount of dirt and pet hair it picked up on it's first run. I then decided to see what it would do after a thorough vacuuming with my Kenmore Powermate. I was AMAZED that it again nearly filled the dust bin. After several whole house cleanings it seems to have "learned" the lay of the land and takes less time. I wish the app had a few more options but it works OK. Overall I'm very impressed with the performance and I'm hoping it lasts as well as it works.

This vacuum runs at the scheduled time and navigates even better than one I had years ago. I love that you can see the coverage map on my phone!!

Wish the battery lasted longer. About an hour or so before it needs to charge. Picks up lots of stuff. Wireless is kind of useless. Nothing i would miss if we had purchased the non connected model. Overall pretty good.

Really helps keep the floor cleaned up from our Labrador!!

I researched and pondered. Eventually I landed on the Neato and I have no regrets. I want one more for the upstairs!

I have compared this to many other brands, this was the winner for me. It does the job, but it gets easily stuck under the couch. Maybe I'll blame the couch. Other complaint is the price. I hope it's worth the price.

Love this little robot. Can set it when I leave for work and come home to a clean house. Each time it runs it learns the house a little better.
