Easy to program, does a great job, once it learns the layout very efficient.

Its smart, knows where it has gone and where it is going. Just push a button and it vacuums the whole place and returns to the dock. We love it!

Very happy with the performance of this product! Vacuuming in a pattern, for me, is a lot easier to work around when the the Neato is vacuuming. I purchased this item to help me keep up with pet hair. We own an Australian Shepherd and it handles the long hair with no problem. In fact, I hardly use my upright any more. Saves me a lot of time! Used Everyday and Works Great!

I have two cats that shed. The neato has been a godsend. It is a bit noisy and the dust bin is a bit small, but no matter... I am very happy.

Bought this to pick up Dog Hair! Works fairly well, Always full of Dog Hair, but doesn't quite get the house done. Zigs and Zags and gets stuck easily. I would still purchase again but wished it would clean all areas.

I originally purchased the Neato Botvac D80. I enjoyed using it but did not like having to set everything up through the small screen on the unit. I returned it and purchased the connected version. It is absolutely worth the extra money. The unit runs 4 to 5 days a week. I rarely if ever have issues with it and it does a great job. I would highly recommend this robot vacuum.

It cleans well, but get stuck under lot of furniture

Great product. The only drawback is it is loud when in the turbo mode. We have 2 Great Danes so it helps with keeping the hair and dirt to a minimum.

This vacuum cleans my house while I'm at work and saves me so much time. Occasionally it can get stuck but once you move just a bit it starts right back up. I've noticed less dust in my home which is another bonus.

Unit is great but tends to get stuck in places where it did not have an issue previously. Furniture has not been moved but if it decides to clean in a different direction than it did before it may get stuck.

I personally prefer neato connected to roomba 980. It has a better algorithm to find a cleaning path.

Works great, glad I purchased this one. I tried a different brand top of the line robot vacumme and returned it. I returned it because it did not work as good I would of liked. This one does a fantastic job and besides me needing to pick up a few things off the floor, it cleans my hardwood floors and shaggy area rug lovely.

This is by far the best device I have purchased. With a busy schedule and long commute, it is so nice to come home to clean floors everyday. So far, the Neato has only gotten stuck once and it was not able to free itself. We have 2 dogs and a cat and pet hair is not a problem (other than having to empty the dust bin and clean the brush roller more often) nor are the dog toys left around our house. The Neato just pushes them out of the way. We have floor registers for our HVAC and the Neato has no problem going over them and does not get stuck on them. I wish the magnetic strip (to keep it out of certain areas) had a sticky backing to it. It was fairly easy to cut and lays flat but on hard surface floors it slides around unless you tape it down or place a heavy object on it. Even with that, the Neato does not push the strip anywhere. When it gets close it simply turns around. Overall, This vacuum has made life better and significantly cut down on the chore of caring for the floors in my home. I still smile every time I get the notification on my phone that Neato has finished cleaning and shows me the map of where it cleaned.

If you have 5GZ WiFi set up, you must set a 2.4 GZ to complete WiFi control set up.. This was not clear in set instructions.

Having two dogs, this cleaner picks up an incredible amount of both dog hair and dirt. My 2400 sq foot home is vacuumed every other week by my helper, and this cleaner runs every other day. I love the schedule I can pre-program for cleaning any time I'd like. I picked this from all of the reviews and am completely satisfied!

This vac has a methodical cleaning method (compared to the Roomba). It cleans a variety of surfaces and under my furniture.

Very useful; my wife leaves it in the morning switches it on remotely and it cleans our hose perfectly before we are back

Reasonably good on covering the house - and getting over thick rugs and carpets. Decent suction. Great for pet hairs. Higher models have more sophisticated software boundaries etc

This Neato is phenomenal!!! I formerly owned a Rumba and this product is in a league of its own. I can’t live without it

Works great. We activate manually with Alexa and have it scheduled with the app. It mapped the entire downstairs pretty well and does a good job picking up dog hair from tile and carpet.
