Not sure if i should have bought this item, but did anyway because of the sale price. This product is probably the best item I have bought in the last month for the new house. We programmed it to run every other day between every day cleaning and this product makes that cleaning go faster. Awesome product.

I read other reviews and chose the Neato Botvac Connected based on those reviews and I was not disappointed at all.

We have hardwood floors throughout the house. This little machine has been a time saver! Would recommend to others.

Does a great job. We have mostly hardwood floors with a few thick rugs. It transitions flawlessly. Wherever it goes it picks up nearly all the pet hair and dust bunnies. App works great and It always finds it's way home. I can't compare it to other robots but I can say I'm very satisfied with this one.

We have been super happy with our Neato Botvac. It has helped keep my floors clean, even with 4 dogs in the house. The only slight negative is that it is quite loud when it runs. Therefore, we run the Neato Botvac overnight. I would highly recommend this product and have been extremely happy with the results.

I have very mixed feelings about this botvac. I wonder if it is worth the price as I have not seen the benefit of the smart features of it yet. The main reason I chose this over other botvac's was due to the ability to vacuum in the dark without random patterns. Unfortunately as other reviews state, it does tend to get stuck a LOT. First, under the couch. Solution, raise the couch a bit. Next the tables, Ok raise the tables a bit. Every time I solve an issue it seems another crops up. If you have furniture that is just low enough to catch on the laser turret, it will cause the bot to act in funny ways. It continually backs up and tries to go forward until it runs out of battery. It is reminiscent of the vacuum in Idiocracy. Now it just needs to say "Your floor is now clean" as it continues to clean the same spot over and over. While these are frustrating issues, in the end I think they are solvable, but extremely annoying from something that costs so much and supposedly has the best programming. Prior to running into an issue, it does clean well, which is the main reason I still have it. It cleans edges very well. The exception being the rear exhaust. If you are running this thing on hard flooring, it will blow your dust/pet hair around as it cleans. I will probably modify this to exhaust upwards. The other main issue I have is that if it gets stuck (which is does frequently) or needs the bin emptied or anything else, it seems to have a VERY difficult time finding its dock. In fact, I have been running this thing over a month and I have yet to see it clean the whole floor and dock without having to be picked up and put there.

This vacuum is amazing!! We have cleaning people who vacuum and this thing got way more dirt and.dog hair than our regular vacuum collects! It's so easy to use, being able to set the schedule and not be there when it runs is awesome. Getting notifications that it's finished cleaning puts a smile on your face when hooky receive it.

Better than Roomba, coz it cleans in a orderly manner rather than random

I actually own a Neato Connected and I purchased one of these vacuums for my son. It does a great job and is set to clean in my house at 9:00AM each morning. Just remember to empty the dust bin and pick up and loose items like dog toys or socks and it should do an awesome job of cleaning for you.

I have had a neato before when they first came out. This is by far 10x better. Much faster and accurate and having a map of your house shows exactly where it has cleaned. No issues!

I felt lazy only cleaning once a week so I bought this robot. It was fun playing with the remote app from a restaurant, but... Enough is enough. I simply set it to clean every day at 9am. How does it find so much dirt when I do not wear shoes inside and all the doors are closed? Who cares, it does. BUY IT!

Have yet to get remote control to work. It does a decent job, but still not as good as a vacuum that is 1/2 the price. You have to empty the BIN daily and make sure everything is clean. (The wheels start to squeak otherwise.)

The Neato helps us keep our floors cleaner so we don’t have to sweep every day because of the dog fur. It does get stuck but the app lets you know which is a nice feature.

Gave these to my 3 adult daughters. They all love it! Helps keep up the floors on a daily basis. All are amazed at how much it picks up. Like the design to get in the corners. (Don’t forget to clear items from the floor that may get picked up by Neato) They joke that Neato is their new family member!

Good vacuum. Hard to connect to household wireless connection with iPhone. Never been able to connect but vacuum works well, quiet and quick. Go with the higher price for the filter.

I bought this to use in my mostly hardwood floor home. I do have 1 area rug... I wanted this little guy to work, but it became frustrating when at first it would get 'stuck' under my furniture, then it would somehow get stuck against the wall or couldn't find it;s way back to the charging base...even when it was 2 feet away from it. I had to return this after using it for a month & trying different tricks to assist in its operation...

Initially I loved my Neato as everyday when I returned home from work the house was free of dust and pet hair and the unit was docked. After about 2 weeks of daily use, when I would return home the Neato was 'beeping' indicating its bumpers werent working or just acting 'confused' (if a robot can be confused lol) so I would have to manually re dock the machine/unit. It seems to be unable to navigate the house without my presence to assist the unit and that wasn't my intention when purchasing the vacuum.

I was skeptical about the value of a robotic vacuum before purchasing the Neato Botvac. The very first day of using the vacuum changed my mind. If you have a pet in your house, you need one of these. We have a mix of tile and carpet and the Botvac cleaned both with ease. Highly recommend.

Works well the programming could be better. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU SELECT ONLY ONE OR TWO ROOMS TO DO.
