This is by far the best purchase I have ever made when it comes to vacuums. There is not one complaint I have so far and I have used it every day for the month I have had it. It works better than I expected and I am an OCD clean freak! If I could sell this product to make a living I would.

Amazing how well this thing cleans and navigates the house. Would give 5 stars but have never been able to connect it to WiFi and customer service is really lacking.

I read mixed but overall good reviews about this robot vacuum. I new it was going to be hard to pair it to my phone. However, the thing has a mind of its own...a crazy mind!! I have tried to use it manually, but I have to chase the vacuum to turn it off and it goes in circles instead of vacuuming or returning to the base. I feel I am good with technology and instructions, but I might have to return my "dream" robot if the BestBuy experts cannot get it to do what it is supposed to do.

Neato is picking up all that dog hair and the dog is not even bothered by the vacuum activity. Great!

what i like about the connect is 3 items: 1 has a lithium ion battery it last on turbo 90 minutes before recharge 2- has a better air filter 3- does not get jammed or stuck on things it does cost more but you generally get what you pay for

Does a really good job. Has tech that allows it to lay out the room so bumps into furniture are minimized. Quiet

I saw this at a friend's house and given their rave reviews, I purchased it. Unfortunately, I found the effectiveness to be average and not worth the money. I purchased a Dyson instead and am much happier.

After being disappointed by irobot 980, I finally got a smart robot to vacuum my house entirely.

This is a Christmas Present I'll have to let y'all know if it's worth a hoot after Christmas!!!

So glad I purchased this unit over the comparable irobot unit. This little guy navigates very well. I have had this unit 1 month so far and all I can say is awesome! My hardwood and tile floors have never been cleaner living with two dogs who shed like pet monkeys. Good job neato!

I returned this item. The neato doesn’t perform well. Always bumping into stuff and vacuuming up stuff that isn’t dust or dirt. Better off upgrading to a iRobot or Samsung that will do the job right .

I have had earlier version of neato robot vacuum and this version blows the older version away. I also have a samsung robot and the neato cleans better and is not hard on the furniture as the samsung, the neato cleans in corners and around chair legs like no other unit!

Good vacuum. Goes around in a predictable manner and picks up quite a bit of dust. Struggles sometimes and gets stuck due to its size, larger and heavier than roomba 890/980, I have both. Biggest disadvantage is the height, does not go under my bed or dressers which is the whole point of owning one. Other than that dustbin is easy to empty, robot charges decently and holds charge. Sends detailed maps and usage info. App is easy to use as well.

Rock solid, Picks up everything on Hardwood floors. Great system, great software. A+++

As far as a robot vacuum goes, it is pretty good. i only have hard floors so not sure how it would do on carpet. But beware, it is an absolute maintenance nightmare. At least one filter a month if not more. Four brushes in a year. Now it needs a belt for the side brush. Next it will need a new battery and then new wheels. The upkeep costs just as much as the vacuum so far and that is with myself or my wife doing the work.

This Neato robot vacuum is unbelievable! Does a very thorough job of vacuuming every time. When battery gets low, it finds its way back to charge station, charges then picks up where it left off. Would definitely recommend this vacuum to everyone.

Lasted 6 months and crapped out. Get extended warranty if you get it. Works pretty well when it doesn’t keep saying clean brush and not work at all. Even tried a new brush. Disappointing bot.

Since owning a robot vacuum my wife doesn't have to vacuum. Having 6 animals in the house there is an obvious need for the robot and it works. The only thing I have to do is empty the container when full, which in our case is very often - twice a day. Worth every penny
