great product. l totally satisfied with the products. helps me a lot. I can start it through the app from my job. so when I come home the home will be clean. nothing to worry about it. highly advise anyone who is looking great for great vaccum.

I was initially skeptical about a robotic cleaner, but after opening the box and running it through the simple start up procedure, I was quickly impressed. The little vacuum did a marvelous job cleaning the main living area, kitchen, dining room, and hallways of our house. While the dust bin is a bit small, it is understandable for the size of the vacuum. After a few days of cleaning, the dust bin is more than adequate for the size of our house. We currently have the vacuum scheduled to run on Mondays on a deep clean, and then on Wednesdays and Fridays on the "Eco" setting, which is a lower intensity cleaning mode, but is more than adequate for light cleaning and is much quieter than the regular mode. All in all, with regular maintenance, I can see the Neato vacuum cleaner keeping our house extremely clean over the next several years.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our son and his daughter-in-law. (2017) They are very pleased with it's performance to date. It works very well on pet hair and has worked exactly as hoped. Now I have gotten hints from my wife that she would like one too.

Works fairly well, can't finish cleaning on a single charge, difficult to clean. Return to base feature not optimal. Does a decent job with pet hair, struggles with woman's long hair. Struggles a lot with dining room chairs as it drags them around the house until it errors out. Can't program to clean one room at a time? Which I could return, but Best Buy return policy is weak for items that take longer to evaluate...

This vacuum is a time saver, great for busy households with kids and pets. Picks up even more than regular vacuuming and goes under a lot of our furniture and beds. I would recommend for everyone.

This thing was AWESOME! The first month it was the cats' mew best fried. ha. then it slowly started losing its way, more and more. :(

I love this Botvac. I read many reviews and spoke to people who owned this and other brands. This is by far the best Robot Vacuum cleaner in the market. Easy to use and set up and easy to clean.

This is the best robot vacuum on the market. I have been a long time user of neato and I love them. They have the best suction, the best navigation and I believe the largest dirt bin as well. One thing I will say is make sure to get the warranty because while this is a great product, each model has had some flaw that turns up after 6 or so months. Let me be clear, this is not a deal breaker for me and I dont think it should be for anyone else because you get quite a bit of use out of these vacuums before something goes wrong. Each model they make tweaks the design and functioning a little bit more. Do yourself a favor, check out Cnet to see their review and then come back to best buy and purchase one with 2 year warranty. You will not regret it. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot, within a day or 2 there is a layer of hair on my floor and Neato takes care of it no questions asked.

I reviewed hundreds of reviews, videos and Etc and there is no perfect one out there, but this comes closest. Only one negative, you'll get nothing done with this vacuum cleaner, because all you'll want to do is watch it, quite impressive!

The Deebot vacuum does an excellent job on carpets. My only issue is its size. Has difficulties getting in small tight Spots.

It was cool to use at first but became a nuisance when it would go places it didn't need to go. Be prepared to rescue the vac when needed

I have two dogs, a boxer and a great dane mix. The boxer sheds light to medium, however, the great dane sheds horribly bad, I believe he might be part sheep. The first week or so I felt bad for the robot, quite frankly I thought it was going to commit suicide. But once I got the tumbleweeds under control, the robot keeps the house clean. It runs nightly while I'm sleeping. I have only used my large Dyson once since owning the robot. I like it so much I bought another one for the second floor. Long story short, Once you get your house to a good starting point or baseline, the robot will definitely help keep the pet hair, tumbleweeds, and dust at a minimum. The only thing you have to do is empty the dust bin and clean the filter. These robots are worth their weight in gold.

I love my new Neato vacuum. Cleaning house has never been so easy!

Bought this almost a year ago. Worked fine for four months and we were happy with it. Then the laser sensor died and it went back for warranty repair. The whole process took six weeks mostly because NEATO doesn't respond to e-mails in a timely manner if at all. Found the chat function works much better for a timely response. Upon return the robot worked for a little over three months then failed for the same problem (error 3000). Went back for warranty repair again, turn around was about 2 weeks as i had figured out the system from the first time. Robot came back from repair with more problems then when I sent it. Side brush won't spin, repeated press Ok to continue 4000 errors (laser related), can't find the base, constantly getting stuck etc. Asked for a replacement replacement robot vice repair and am currently waiting on a response.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I was worried I would hate it because I love vacuum lines and most robot vacuums are randomized. This vacuum is methodical and makes beautiful lines. I’d buy it 100 times over.

My first robot vacuun and I love It! I've had Fred for 1 month and he has made my life much easier! Constantly cleaning up after two dogs is not what I want to do with my free time. Fred helps me keep away that gritty feeling the tile floor gets within just a few days after so many long walks outside. Not to mention our fur problem. I still have to tend to the stairs and get in some crevices that can't be reached, but sk far my work load on the weekends has drastically decreased. Worth every penny!
