We have two dogs and a cat hard floor with area rugs and it works very well. It runs through the house every other day with no problems. This is our second Neato first one we had about three years we just decided to upgrade.

Awesome to have this as a constant dust and dog hair cleaner.

Just need to test it out to see where it gets stuck (either by furniture or loose rugs). We have our house set up now so it won't get stuck and it does a great job! The only drawback is that the dust bin gets full quickly.

Works great! Picks up a lot of dog hair on multiple surfaces.

I came in to get a different Robot Vaccuum, but after speaking with the salesmen this seemed like the best option. I am not disappointed. Great suction, good coverage and easy to maintain. I love using it with Alexa.

By far- this is the smartest, cleanest, best performing vacuum on the market. We returned 3 other brands... dissatisfied. This one is light years better than all others!!! It blows us away. Excellent product!

This replaces my old Neato. I love the app functionality and the map it sends you after it has finished cleaning. Actually "it" is incorrect. My guy's name is Gus and I love him! Best robot vacuum out there.

Doesn’t clean well enough. Also frequently gets stuck at furniture. Also, runs out of battery too soon.

Such a convenient way to keep the house clean in between heavy cleaning. I don't see dog hair or dust bunnies any more.. the Connect App is easy to use and great to receive messages once it is done.

Its pretty good. But gets stuck often and wants help. I'd just vaccum if i felt lije helping.

I got one if these after a friend of mine recommended it. It’s been about a little iver 2 months , and I love howmuch time I’m saving. The vacuum covers all areas in the house, it ocassionally gets stuck, but I learned how to avoide it in the future. Gets under my bed and furnitures just fine, I don’t have a pet but I hear it’s great from friends who have pets. Keep in mind this is not as powerful as some of the high end vacuums out there because it’s battery powered, but for what it is and compared to other robotic vacuums, it’s by far the best I’ve come across. Maintainance may become a little pricy: buying filters frequently, but in the long run it saves me time, so no problem.

I always choose neato over other robot vac. It is easy to clean and maintain in my opinion. I like how it negotiate around my house. Bestbuy has this on sale so it was a win2x for me
