We bought Neato about a week ago and LOVE it. It vacuums really well and doesn't miss a spot. The only hiccup we have had is that it gets stuck in tight spaces (between the toilet and wall) and cannot get itself out. It will also suck up clothes in your closet that are hanging close to the ground. When it gets stuck, it tends to not be able to recuperate itself and find a new pattern. We have had to take it back to its base and restart it when this happens.

This little device works great. I set it and leave to come back with my carpet looking new.

Still feeling it out. It does clean pretty good. Its a pain if you have a thicker pile throw rug. It gets stuck and won't continue until you take it off the rug. So far we have used four times and it has not gone back to base to recharge. Haven't had time to hook up to wifi yet and really check everything good so thats the reason for a three star.

This robot vacuum is the best. It cleans in an organized manner so you know it cleans the entire space. The mapping allows you to see exactly where it cleaned and where it didn't. Best purchase ever.

I did a lot of research to try and find a robotic vacuum that would take care of dog hair and this is it. Robotic vacuums by nature do not have a long battery life but this vacuum did the trick and covered everything I needed in one pass through. The best feature is being able to see what the vaccum has accomplished from my phone while I am away from my house.

I bought this vacuum to help control the cat hair and it works great! Does a great job keeping my floors clean.

Works great. Keeps floors looking fresh. Didn't think we would use it as often as we do.

Highly recommend this. We have 2 large dogs that shed and this keeps our home clean all the time. We set it on a timer to go off while we’re at work. When we get home it looks great!

This Robot help out so well. I did not think that it would clean so well. I did not set my bar high. But this thing is awesome on Hardwoods and short carpet. It takes care of all the dust bunnies

Bought Neato Botvac Connected. Have a Roomba 300 series already and got tired of it bouncing off things and cleaning in no specific pattern. Connected the Neato to wifi. Noted the following: The good: 1. cleans in a more predictable pattern than roomba (roomba just bounces off walls and furniture) 2. cleans much faster than roomba 3. sends a text message when done cleaning room The bad: 1. the rounded Botvision top makes the unit get stuck under furniture (roomba did not get stuck). Multiples rescues needed. 2. could not find its way back to the charging station even when placed right in front of it 3. will have to buy lot more boundary markers to mark boundaries (roomba virtual wall barriers more effective) 4. had difficulty docking properly in charging station - both automatically and manually 5. did not get text messages when it was stuck (all I heard was a beep somewhere) 6. charging lights somewhat dim compared to roomba Really wanted this product to work for me. Didn't. Had to return it.

I bought this vacuum, after doing extensive research online. I was very paranoid that it wouldn't live up to my expectations. Love this little vacuum. I am considering buying another.

Gave it to my mother as a gift. She loves it! Went with this brand/model because it was recommended as the best for pet hair. It does a great job getting the hair up.

Served us very well, but in time the navigation sensor stopped working, good thing I bought a warranty for it. Best Buy has the best warranty based on my experience period!

I have enjoyed how well it cleans. My house has never been better. It can go under anything that is 4 inches or higher. It figures out how to clean under kitchen chair legs. It is well worth the money.

Neato works as advertised. I recommend that you watch the short videos and read the instructions so that you will not be disappointed. You must prep your house a little for the Botvac to work it's magic. Our house is all hard surfaces (tile and wood) and this vacuum got the best reviews on these type of surfaces. The bot uses it's laser flawlessly so it does not miss any accessible spots, even in the dark. When a recharge is needed it takes itself back to its charging station, then resumes to the spot where it left off. The phone app works just as well. I have been hesitant about a robot vacuum purchase, but this keeps the floors clean in between the visits from the maid.

Very satisfied with this sweeper. We have had it for about a month we run it every other day. No problems and picks up on both hard service and carpet. My wife and I love watching ours do all the work.

Robot does a great job finding lots of dirt even after we vacuum. Does a great job doing the entire floor (when in turbo mode it has to charge when it is 75% done but resumes and finishes)

Really efficient product, may make some noise, but overall helps reduce cleaning burden.

I own IRobot and this one out performs the IRobot on both carpet and tile floors.
