It cleans well but hangs up a lot. Doesn't always go back to dock

This is an impressive machine. It takes a couple of runs to learn your home, but it cleans very well and is nearly intuitive. It's making my home far cleaner far more often than I was before.

This has made my life so easy. It completes about 1500 sq ft area in one full charge.

So glad we bought the Neato from Best Buy. We would of bought the roomba. But theBest Buy salesman showed why the Neato was better. Plus get to pay for over 18 months interest free.

Excellent compared to the Samsung vr7040 that I tried first. That couldn't handle area rugs and although it didn't randomly bump around like roomba still missed a lot and had some, but not much, Method to its madness. The botvac however is methodical and gets absolutely everywhere. It can handle any rug, and I mean even the lightest rug that moves if you barely step on, the botvac somehow manages to vacuum without disturbing. Magical as Apple likes to say. It does get confused sometimes, hence the. 5 star off if i could. But, that doesn't happen very often. Would like to see a little bigger dirt cup. And a little pricey, but it works well.

I purchased this product (Neato Botvac Connected) because of other reviews and have been ecstatic about it's capabilities. The first thing I did was vacuum two rooms with my Central Vac, then turned Neato Botvac loose in these same two rooms and almost filled the dust bin. I now have it programmed to run every 3 days, it sends me a message when it is done, and then goes back to it's' charging station and recharges. I just have to remember to empty the dust bin after each run. What could be easier? I haven't used my Central Vac in 2 months now, but I may take it out again for old times sake.

Gets up the dog hair, tight spots along baseboard and under the furniture.

Awesome, goes over rugs, carpet, and floor. This is a must buy! Our first floor is hardwood and our second floor is carpet.... This Neato connect does a great job!

Falls down the stairs and gets stuck on occasion. Other than that it is great.

Works good watch out for lamp cords table legs makes lot of noise

This is my third product from them. I have two older models that run the upstairs because it is carpet and can't go as far on carpet. This newer model does my whole downstairs of a 3300 square foot home with hardwood tile and only one room of carpet. It does an excellent job. Of course there are limitations as you need to see where it gets stuck andn place the magnetic strip down but once you figure it out and clean up after yourself as far as leftovers shoes and things these things are great. As a plus their customer service is great too.

This Neato is not only the best on the market, it is a necessity for any busy family. I absolutely love it! It works perfectly every single time I turn it on.

This vacuum has a lot of features including mapping. However it tends to get stuck under furniture. It has a bulky back that is too high to clear furniture. The front goes under, and the back gets stuck as that part is higher. It is very annoying and the vacuum ends up scratching itself all over.

I purchased this product based on online reviews in Best Buy and CNET. The product works great when it works. I was advised to upgraded he operating system. I tried number of times to install the upgrade on the unit without success. I also experienced issues with unit stopping and message saying "put me down on the floor" while unit was on the floor. I contacted customer service, I was advise that it happens sometimes, but the new update would resolve this. After spending 45 minutes with the Tech Support, I was told I needed different brand flash drive (I tried brand new PNY and Scan Disk flash drives) at that point I asked if they would be willing to send me a new unit with the updates already installed. I was told NO !!! I decided to return the unit, as it is obvious they also are unable to install the update.

I bought this as a gift for myself. It cleans well and gets in the corners. Has a long battery life, cleans most of my 2100 sq feet of living before needing a recharge.

I never used to vacuum because it took so long but now my robot does it for me. The house is so much cleaner. I love it and couldn’t imagine life without it.

This robotic vacuum has saved my wife's back from using an upright vacuum, even though the upright was a light weight one. I Highly recommend this.

I love the fact that i can have my floors swept by the time i get home for work. It leaves lines in the carpet like I just vacuumed. Worth the price.

Works well but gets stuck in chairs and doesn't always go back to dock correctly. Be sure to get extended warranty as last one i had hit a spot where my dog got sick and we did not know it. It ruined it and the manufacturer would not stand behind it and couldnt get it repaired. The best buy warranty is no fault in my experience.
