The Botvac seems to vacuum very well. My problem is that it has a problem docking back. Neato customer service is the worst, stayed on line waiting for someone to answer the phone for over an hour, and I finally hung-up. I sent an email over a weeks ago and still have not heard back.

I love my new Neato! I feel like I never have to sweep again! The only thing that seems off based on reviews and details is that the battery does not last more than just a couple of hours. I think 3 hours is the longest it has been on. But other than that I am obsessed! I still havent been able to connect to the app but Im sure itll make me happier!

My wife has been begging for one of these things for a couple of years. I finally gave in and bought her one. Not to my surprise, it did not perform well. If we had all bare hard floor, I'm willing to bet this would perform perfectly. Unfortunately, we have rugs in our house. These rugs are not excessively plush. For a $600.00 vacuum I would think it could easily clean our rugs. It could not. It got stuck every time it got on our living room rug. I'm not sure what else I can type. Fortunately, Best Buy has an awesome return policy. After one day of attempted use, we returned it to Best Buy for a full refund. Perhaps the $800 Roomba will work better. But I'm not willing to pay $800 for a robotic vacuum. We will stick to the old fashioned way of pushing our vacuum.

It takes a little more time than I expected but this thing is really amazing. Me and wife are so happy of this product and it costs u less then roomba...

Works Good most of the time but can be a little needy getting stuck .

I have mostly laminate flooring and it picks up almost everything. Transitions to my rugs flawlessly. Always finds it's way home. We love it

We bought this vs. the iRobot because it was supposed to be better with pet hair. We've been very pleased with it, and it does do a good job with it. It's also kind of fun to watch. It is very nice to sit back and let it clean for us! In some areas, we have a bunch of power cords going in to an extension cord, and it does seem to have some trouble with that, but when that happen and it gets stuck, it sends a message to my phone, so I know to go look for it to free it. It doesn't get stuck very often, fortunately. Overall, we are really happy with it!

Cleans dirt and pet hair great but Neato has yet had a successful cleaning without my intervention. Worked with Neato support but starting to believe unit maybe faulty. Plan on exchanging and trying my luck again. Helping my wife around the house is harder than I thought!

It was a gift for my mom. She loves it. It makes her chores easier

Purchased for Christmas. Very happy with the product. I keep it on Economic mode and is is quite and does a good job on carpet and hard wood.

I have two dogs and one sheds a LOT, this works perfectly if you have pet hair too. I have it run over hardwood floors only and it works extremely well! Only complaint if anything at all is that it gets stuck probably every other day, although I assume that would be pretty normal for these. Otherwise I would recommend it for sure!

I've had Neato Botvacs since my XV21 in 2012, which I loved. Now replaced with this Connected Botvac and its so much better than what was already awesome! The dust bin is larger and the connected feature makes It super convenient. It cleans by a very specific mapped plan - no random bump n go like Roombas, this bot cleans every square foot of floor and remembers the path and obstacles for next time. On my phone I can schedule cleanings and see the maps of what it cleaned. But more than a cool gadget, this bot vacuums really well.

I purchased this because my daughter's two dogs spend everyday at my house during the week while she is working. Needless to say, I have a ton of dog hair in my house, but this vacuum picks it up and does it well. I still vacuum (manually) once a week, but this is a good supplement each day after my "grandpuppies" leave.....

my floor have never been so clean on a regular bases. my little guy just get in all the spots that for me was hard to reach. LOVE IT

Purchased this model with extended warranty $ after Neato D75 i had for 18 months was unrepairable. This model works extremely well.

This is the best vacuum ever. Love that I can just turn it in and it goes. Need to learn it’s needs to make it easier for it to run.
