Does a great job! Even on cat hair Gets stuck and needs help

We have 4 cats and keeping ahead of pet hair can be a problem. I wanted a robot to vacuum while we were away at work. We were amazed at how much hair "Robbie" (our name for the Neato) picked up even after we had vacuumed with our regular vacuum. We used a round robot from another company years ago and we weren't happy with it. This robot exceeded all our expectations.

I had Roomba earlier. But Neato cleans better and lasts longer.

I had one that failed but it worked great the manufacture would not stand behind it but I’m glad I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy. I took care of it and I bought another one But newer model.

Have been looking to get a robotic vacuum for a while. After going through pros and cons with iroomba 960 got the neato. Though the cost was main reason, we were happy that we did not go just for the brand name which would have been extra cost too. So far happy, though we had to move stuff like bar stools to prevent it from trying to climb up.

For someone who hates cleaning this is the perfect purchase!

Although this vacuum does help to clean the floors it seems to be more hassle than it's worth. It would get stuck and go back-and-forth in the same areas. If it runs over anything that was left accidentally on the floor it will stop working and continuously make a beeping sound which was stressing our cat out. It just ended up just being more of a hassle than anything and for the price and time it would take I can just use the regular vacuum cleaner and be done quicker

Great item. Picks up a ton of dirt, battery life is good. A little loud but who cares. Sure I can vacuum myself in half the time, but not when I'm not home. I run it every 3rd day from the app after I get to work, come home to clean floors. Empty out the bin, dust it off, and it's ready to go for the next time. It's expensive, but work very well.

Replaced my old botvac 80. Quieter than the 80 but the suction and cleaning isn't quite as good. I do like that it has two cleaning modes. Programming is easy. I haven't utilized the wifi function.

Love this little vacuum. Just schedule it and come home to a clean home. I think this is more advanced than the other one's out there because it maps the room with an infrared sensor on top so it works in low light. Others use a camera or some random bouncing around. Highly recommended.

Awesome product. Helps so much keeping carpets and floors clean, especially with animals. Did a lot of research and glad I went with this brand. I had to call customer service recently, a year later and they went beyond what I expected. Can’t believe how helpful and quickly they responded.

Doesn't go over the entire room. When it hits a rug (low pile) it goes the opposite direction as if it has hit furniture . App does not working properly. Can't DOCK it. Have to carry it back to base. Easy to empty trash bin. Gets under furniture, but gets stuck easily. I have set schedule twice. It does not run on schedule. Must b home to run it and then requires extensive baby sitting. Bought this bc I HATE to vacuum. And I'm still gonna have to do it!
