This robot is gets around furniture very well and cleans very well! It lets you know if the rollers need cleaned and if the dust bin is full. I can’t figure out why it won’t connect to WiFi.

We are very pleased with our Neato connected vacuum.

I found Neato much better than my mid-range roomba. It can navigate properly in the house and is able to find it way back to charging station. The only think I found that it gets confused is too much direct sunlight. So in the room where we have glass wall, we have to cover the blinds and neato has not issues after that.

This vacuum is at or near the top of every review that I have read. There are a couple of others that compete with it, but they are also more expensive. This one can do at least one thing they cannot. It can work in a room with no light, in the dark. This works as advertised and I would buy it again. It's just that good.

Vacuum picks up a lot of dirt! Very impressive! Only downfall is it loses connection with WiFi, the dock button on the app doesn’t always work and you have to reinstall the bot and app.

Works on the wood floord, tile floors, and carpet.

I have dogs and this is the best Neato vac for the job

The first day and It isn’t charging properly. I will have to exchange it for one that is fully functional. I want to like it, so we’ll see.

I tried another top round model but did not get corners clean. The square is superior and the ability to see obstacles makes a lot less banging into everything. It is rates within 5 points of another brand that is 300.00 more to buy. I am really impressed how much dust and dirt it picks up. Nice sweeping job!!

cleans very effectively, but will get "hung-up" on loose electric cords and cloth materials if left on the floor. still need to wet mop. hopefully they will invent a "bot" for that also!

This is my second robot vacuum and I love it. They have larger bins than the other robots and with the two different brushes it is great for carpet or hardwood & tile.

I love this unit. I have two golden retrievers and three cats, all that shed profusely. I run it every morning as I leave for work. The bin is full of dirt and fur when I get home. Doesn't miss anything. I have hard floors and it is a bit noisy but so much better than the Roomba 860 I exchanged it for.

I've had multiple botvacs... They've all been sub par... Lasting less than 2 years... I just purchased this one on sale, let's hope this one lasts longer....

Works in a systematic way to clean the house and all types of floors. Scans the room, does the perimeter, and then fills in the middle. It doesn't bump and fumble around the house trying to figure out where it's been. It's a great vacuum especially compared to the roomba 880 which I had prior to this one.

It had a problem connecting to the charging base. It would stop at random spots for the rest of the day. Seemed to clean well.

3 dogs, full time job, avid tennis player, hate to clean=robotic vacuum. Great investment for me! No issues since I raised the sofa. No more dust bunnies! Daily vacuuming has reduced dusting as well. All wood floors with rugs that don't have fringe. No hang ups. You'll be glad you made the investment.

I bought this product for the sole reason of cleaning up hair from our two labs and it did not disappoint. Getting it setup with the app was a small feat, but once you get it all synced up it’s a breeze to use. The dirt bin is larger that other vacs, it’s able to pick up much more!
