The Vac performs just as described, corners and all. The unit finds its own way to home-base for a recharge and completion. It amazes me as to the maze the unit works around. The square unit and low profile allows cleaning under beds and in all the corners exceeding my expectations.

The product is sturdy and well designed, however it would not charge my S8. I tried different positions, took the case off, and still it would not keep up. The phone would state it was fast charging but it would still drain. I have another automotive inductive charger that works, very disappointed in this one. Best Buy did allow me to return it so great customer service to BB.

I prefer the neato over roomba. It has a wider cleaning path and I really like that the neato is more methodical. It is more efficient and I can't stand that roomba just bounces around until it thinks it is done. This model has really good suction and can basically go almost over anything. Enjoy.

Fantastic clean when she doesnt get herself stuck. Quiet running and does well to get herself back to the dock. Nice app connectivity. Happy house now.

The Neato vacuum robot does a neat job of cleaning the floors. I get notifications from it on my phone when it needs and assist (gets stuck, etc).

could not get machine to hook to wifi for use with cell phone, in general the machine did a good job cleaning. surprising how much dirt and dust it collected

I originally bought a roomba from Costco. It would bang into everything and knock things over. This is way better at navigating through the house.

Works well at vacuuming floors on a set schedule. It follows a pattern until the entire floor is clean. It then returns to its charging station.

This works really well. I only use it on hardwood and tile floors. The only draw back is that u have to continuously move the barrier blocker.

Disappointed that it doesn’t return toncharger always and it gets stuck in the chairs in kitchen

Best dog hair catcher ever! I use this every day. If there was a downside, I wish the battery lasted long enough to complete my whole house. It lasts at least two hours on high...and literally I use this every single day

Highly recommended. Unlike other robotic vacuum brands, the Neato works in a "smart" manner. It vacuums in straight rows, not randomly or haphazardly. I was skeptical about getting a robotic vacuum, but the Neato has been a pleasant suprise. A true timesaver.

Vacuum is working great for over a month now. Wish I could tell the difference between 1st and 2ns floors on the mapped cleaning area.

Rosie the Robot it is not but overall I am very happy with my purchase. It is even entertaining to watch how it cleans, you sometimes wonder why it cleans half a room than all of another only to come back and finish the first one. But it eventually gets it all done.

I first purchased a Iroomba vacuum, but it would only run for less than two minutes on our carpet. Iroomba tech said it would not run on plush carpet. I called Neato tech and they said Neato would run on 3/4 inch carpet. I bought it and it works perfectly.

It is by far the best robot vacuum I have owned. The app could be better but it does a great job of navigating and mapping.

I was able to pick up this Vacuum during one of Best Buy's blockbuster deals. I've always had my eyes on this one, and it's been a great pickup. The "smarts" in the robot are very impressive - watching the robot detect obstructions and actually avoid them

I tried the cheaper robots and they didn't last but a couple months to a couple weeks til they malfunctioned. I got fed up and decided to go all in and purchase this. I've only had the Neato botvac connected for a couple weeks now but so far so good.

This thing is great, you wouldn't even know we had a dog that sheds. On occasion it will get stuck between chair legs as it tries to maneuver into a tight space, but other than that, we run it every other day and what a delight, no more vacuuming!

Seems to do a great job (though my wife thinks we may have to do a manual clean periodically. Wish it had a larger dust bin. We have a dog and it fills up fast (three loads to do 1800 sqft.). Guess as we get to a more frequent schedule this will get better.
