I used to train Neato Robotcs Customer Service reps, I love this product. As long as you clean it after each use and use the guide and website to help learn tips and tricks to help the Neato last a long life.

Does a decent job vacuuming, biggest problem is it will push lightweight furniture including charging base

This vacuum is not with it. It gets stuck on or under anything. There don't appear to be any sensors on it that can detect anything unless it runs into something directly. It says it is WiFi connected, but you get no benefit. You cannot mark locations off-limits, and the only way to control where it goes is with magnetic strips they sell separately. They updated the D7 model with digital boundaries, but left out this model. Their support told me they wouldn't be updating this model, even though it should be possible. I can't recommend neato at all, and I wish I could return this and get a different brand, but it is most likely to late.

Both my wife and I have been amazed at the ability of "SAM", she named it that, to vacuum our home while we're away. The after mapping is just as amazing. It gives time to vacuum and square foot of area.

I would definitely recommend the Neato works great. You can set up different times for every day of the week and not worry about it. All you need to do is empty the bin and clean out the filter.

It does take a few times to completely figure out the layout of the house, but works great. My husband and I are always amazed at what it picks up. We have had are ours for a few months. I got my mom one too.

Scores high on the cool factor but a little bit of reading and work to set up. Neat to watch.

We found this cleaner to be a great investment to free your time from chores. It cleans in a methodical way and the patterns gets the floor really clean. It adjust to carpet and hardwood and avoid stairs

Was a bit unsure about getting a robot vacuum, but after buying it it's been a game changer! The vacuum work amazing and is such a time saver for the family. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Out of roomba, dyson, and the Neato this is the best one of them all with programmable functions that actually work and a cleaning pattern that is very efficient it’s great for the money

I've been through two of these as the first one had to be returned within 30 days after breaking. The second one is currently being held hostage by the certified and recommended repair dealer for Neato. I've basically sent my 615 dollar, mulch needed or a I wouldn't have bought it, vacuum off into the abyss as the company said it would be months before they could "fix it" and ship it back....not a enjoyable experience buying a Neato product!! They don't stand behind their product but ask hundreds f dollars for a poor quality product. I really wanted to like it but how do you like a product you dont even have?

Does what I expect and a bit more. Very happy with this device.

I appreciate that this robot vaccum maps out a path and conserves battery. Picks up a good amount of dust and debris, overall very happy to have this in my home

Battery life is not as advertised and charging does not always work. It also seems to think that it is stuck when there are no obsticals around

It’s great but it doesn’t take much for it to malfunction. So far so good though.

We’ve had our Neato for about a month now and LOVE it! Super conventient and efficient. It’s vacuumed in places I’ve never been able to reach with the regular vacuum.

This robot vac doesn’t go in a random pattern. It does the perimeter then sequentially goes back and forth across the room. Even gives a picture of the path it cleaned.
