I bought it to replace my roomba. The reason I bought the unit was the "superior mapping". First go around took 132 minutes not including charging time. While I was impressed that it didn't get itself stuck, the mapping was impressive in the app. The next day the unit worked for 45 minutes but worked properly. Starting the third day I started running into issues. It would miss rooms, you can see exactly what it did in the report. I would also get messages saying it was stuck even though it was working perfectly fine. I contacted neato support they weren't much help. I tried it out for 14 days and had successful runs on about 5 of the 14 days. I returned the machine and am currently doing more homework before I spend more money on a bad robot

Love the way I program it and it goes. It cleans great. I have 2 dogs and it picks their hair. Sometimes it gets stuck between table and chairs.

I can't believe how great this vac works. We have two dogs and it vacuums everyday at a set time. Picks up all dog hair in its path.

We love the Neato. It is very good at covering an area.

Best Buy was great, delivered on time and great price! But the Neato Botvac Connected not too great! Had charging issues from the beginning and after several weeks of customer service communication they finally sent another battery but that did not fix the charging issues. So after more customer support they decided to replace the Botvac. I shipped the the Botvac back to them and Still waiting on the replacement to arrive? They have not been very prompt on the replacement! So I have owned a Neato Botvac for a month and a half and still haven’t seen it work! Should’ve bought a Roomba

It's pretty good but the filters are kind of hard to clean.

Tried the comparable roomba 960 and liked this better.

This is such a big help when you come home at the end of the workday and don't see cat hair or litter on the floor that needs cleaned up.

Picks up every little thing. It can maneuver through very tricky situations. It lets you know when it’s full or needs assistance.

This our second Neato vacuum. The technology and operations of theses robot vacuums are exceptional. Easy setup and easy to use.

Bought it on sale. I will update review when we get moved into new house. It will have vinyl plank flooring. Should work great.

It’s garbage don’t buy if I could return it I would. Does not clean as good a my roomba. I have always had 4 roombas and thought I give the neato a shot. Truly it’s junk it can’t find the station to charge. Make a lot of noise. And the wheels extended up and down when running along the edge of the wall.then stop.just a piece of junk I would like the neato company to return my money. I’m sticking to roomba from now on. Roombas are work horses and I do have a lost neato hasn’t found it’s way home in months but it looks nice just don’t work.

The new Neato model is extremely quiet and has an extra large bin. I can program to run every night while we sleep.

can sit back and have a beer while neato does the work.Can even ask my neato to start it.Gets dirt I didn't know was in my carpet.

2nd one for the other floor. We love this vacuum, very powerful and runs for nearly an hour per charge. Neato is the best vacuum.

Also gets clogged and now does not work after 3 weeks

We read the reviews and all sounded good. However we are returning today for a traditional upright vacuum. If you purchase this bot you will spend more time getting it unstuck or cleaning its bin, or dusting it’s sensor, or adjusting its bumper then the time it would have taken you to vacuum the space yourself. For this price point I expected better. Very disappointed and I do not recommend. The other hassle is that every time before it runs you have to pick up any possible item it could get stuck on. However even doing this it still gets stuck.

It works wonderfully. I like that it goes in a proper pattern unlike the roomba which has no order to how it cleans.
