Great item with a great sale price. Only one problem here. Could not get filters for the unit. These should be in stock.

Doesn’t do great on our rugs but is great for hard flooring. Replaced our 655 Roomba and it does a much better job.

The round vacs are more popular but the do not get corners as well, this design allows for that.

This vac works so well I went back to weeks later and buy one for my mother-in-law

I read the review, I looked at the Cnet review and made the purchase. If you are short on time - the net/net is I returned this and got the Roomba 980. (The roomba luckily was on sale at the time 10%) so the price difference was only about $110, but even if it is $200 more I still would have paid for the Roomba - it is that much better. The Neato - so I bought the Neato after reading all of the good review on the Wedge design for perimeter cleaning, it's more powerful vacuum (and it is powerful) and the less maintenance of it. The good news - all of this is true. Here is the problem - it NEVER completed a job in the two weeks I had it. It either got stuck (which is almost always) OR it was so lost it would wander for ever and never find the base. I followed the directions making sure the base has 3 meters of clearance (which by the way the Roomba does not require) and all of the other tips. The wedge shape, while it is good for cleaning corners is a geometric magnet for getting stuck into things and even some tight corners. The Roomba circle is much better. Also - after only two days of the Roomba 980 - it has not gotten stuck once, ALWAYS finds its home base and cleans the house in a much more logical and efficient way. Perhaps I was simply stressing the Neato. Per my roomba, the area I am cleaning is about 900 square feet. The roomba cleans it efficiently and like a champ. The NEATO always got lost. Perhaps it is due to the architectural features of my home (rounded walls in some areas, alcoves, etc.) What ever the Neato NEVER worked. I cannot emphasize how much better the Roomba technology is. I has a camera - it actually "sees" things, pauses for a few seconds and then adjusts. The Neato constantly just bumped and got lost. Don't get me started on the Neato brown plastic strips to keep it from going into areas. It would bump and move it before it went away. The Roomba has electronic beacons which work extremely well and you do not have to put out that ugly brown strip. They stay neatly tucked away in a corner and project an invisible beam. Again - you get what you pay for If you have a big house with a lot of architectural features and a normal amount of furniture. Get the Roomba and don't go through the two weeks of frustration I did with the Neato. If you get a Robot vacuum, you want it to work, not get stuck and clean while you are away. Neato, while a powerful vacuum, is a complete and utter fail on the robotic part.

Bought based on recommendation of co worker and Best Buy store employee. Design allows better cleaning in corners.

Had a Roomba 680 for 6 years. This one is so much better and does not get stuck, cleans in corners. Worth it.

Cleans efficiently and returns to base. We have hard surfaces and area rugs and the vacuum cleans both

This thing does a great job of vacuuming. However it has started giving a message to constantly replace its dust bin even though it’s in place. It won’t work unless I take the bin out and put it back in.

Bought as gift and works great. Big time saver. Disconnects from network alot but that could be wifi droppage.

For a dog owner this is a great product! Glad i got it for the times im not home to have it clean!

Unit works well on all surfaces. Takes a few times to know where it was getting stuck in the house.
