The robot vacuum works pretty well, but my big issue is common to all robot vacuums - they get stuck under furniture. This D shape probably more so than the completely round robots.

I tried three different Neato vacs and over time they all just seem to go a little crazy. Back with iRobot and never going back (unless they go crazy too)

I purchased this BotVac because it could connect to my mobile phone - even the owner's manual states to get the full benefits of the BotVac owners should install and use the mobile app. THE MOBILE APP DOES NOT WORK. After getting the BotVac to connect to my 2.4 GHz network and connected to my Alexa Echo, the app showed the BotVac was offline and the unit itself looked like it was trying to reconnect. Following the instructions in the app, I went through the reset steps to fix the Wi-Fi issue. Part of the steps included deleting the previous Wi-Fi setup. After connecting my mobile phone to the BotVac and after displaying the networks the BotVac could connect to, neither of my two 2.4GHz networks were visible. The App does have the ability to enter a SSID, but that is ALL YOU CAN DO - JUST ENTER THE NAME. You cannot connect the BotVac to an entered network because there is NO WAY to continue after entering the network SSID and you don't have the option to enter a password. After writing a negative review for the App itself, I noticed others had the same issue of not seeing their network in the list of networks. If you are looking to use this BotVac as a Smart device - it is a pretty dumb device, so I don't recommend buying it. If you don't care about using your Smart phone to control the device - there are cheaper alternatives - I would strongly recommend choosing one of them.

Best thing since sliced bread. Picks up al my dog's hair and gets into corners easily.

We have come to depend.on the Neato as part of our routine cleaning. Does a great job.

I would have to say for the amount of money I spent on this vacuum it has been worth every penny!

This robot has yet to learn my house after two and a half months. It randomly shuts off and says cleaning complete after 10-30 minutes of cleaning. I have a large house 5000 square foot, it has never even tried to do half of my house. The parts it cleans (when it wants to) is amazing. I wish it would work, it's like having a real kid who is supposed to do chores, unreliable.

Floors stay clean now and no arguments! Can save marriages no questions asked!

Broke after 11 months. It refused to vacuum and went into a loop saying "press OK to continue". This is a common problem on these models, and is the result of a problem with the LIDAR. Unfortunately, Neato does not sell replacement LIDARs, the only source is to scavenge from another unit. It's unacceptable that Neato does not offer replacement parts for a common failure item on an expensive product. I would not buy another Neato unless they begin offering a reasonable selection of repair parts.
