    I really liked this product when it worked. Not the strongest suction but decent enough to clean my townhouse. However in under 2 years, the battery would not recharge. I bought a new Neato brand battery and contacted Neato support. I followed the instructions to disconnect my Robotvac from the app and start the setup over with the new battery. Still will ot charge. Very disappointing $500 purchase. I'm back to my Dyson.

    This is our first robot vacuum. We did a lot of research and balanced out: -Cost (not the cheapest but not the most expensive) -Covers our main floor with a pattern and not randomly -Takes care of pet fur (we have a German Shepherd and a mutt - both shed a lot) -Runs on a schedule, docks by itself and it controlled by an app This fits everything perfectly. For a guy who doesn't like pet fur and messes, this is perfect. We have two kids, two dogs and I like things clean. Highlights: -The vacuum does a great job of actually cleaning. -It's efficient. -Cleaning the vacuum is easy. -The app is self-explanatory. It sends me updates when it is done, or if there is a problem. For example, we have an antique Swedish dining room table and it barely fits underneath it (I wasn't expecting a vacuum to fit at all - this is a bonus). Occasionally it gets stuck and it notifies me right away. I go and readjust the table and it's fine. -It learns quickly. I have another antique (chest) and part of it hangs low. The vac learned to go around it and NEVER hit it while learning. I love it. I don't know about other robot vacuums but this is perfect.
