    The five stars are for the figure itself not Best Buy. The figure is great, nice sculpt of Count Orlock too bad Best Buy has zero respect for collectibles. The figure was shipped in a plastic bag and this caused the box to be smashed in shipping. Being that the box is as valuable as a collectible as the figure is this was quite a disappointment. Needless to say I won’t be buying this type of item from Best Buy if you can’t insure that my purchase will arrive in new condition.

    A must have for any horror fan. The original boogeyman. Head sculpt is spot on. Love the choices of hands that they give you. I have the long fingered hands on him to replicate the iconic shadow pose. Articulation is good. No complaints about this figure.

    I wasn't even aware NECA had a Nosferatu figure out when I ran across this guy. I was just at Best Buy to let my teenager plot and scheme for computer upgrades. Very happy to have happened across Nosferatu. Came out just in time for some goofy photos during the last solar eclipse. Fun figure!

    NECA product is great as always !The problem I have is with the box and how it arrived.Corners were bent and the hook had to be glued back together.I did buy this on clearance and got it add a good price ,so that helps some.I don’t like it when BB attaches the shipping label to front of box.No reason for it to be there.

    Great likeness, and he comes with a good accessory spread. He has the standard NECA articulation. Plus you can make him look like an awkward landlord.

    Figure was fine. The box came damaged in certain spots!!! Very disappointed…

    This figure is very nice. It's probably the most important movie accurate Count Orlock figure in the 7 inch scale. The figure also comes with a bunch of accessories. Best Buy unfortunately put a sticker right in front of the box, but it doesn’t bother enough to the point that i wouldn't buy it from them.

    Accurate sculpt and colors according to the movie character. Accessories are very appropriate and such detail make this a highly collectible action figure. Good for collectors and those who want to play with it.

    Great looking figure. Very posable. Joints are a little tight so i was careful to move them. Great likeness to Max Schrek the actor. I would recommend this figure to anyone collecting universal monsters figures. As always it was shipped out on time and packaged nicely. Never a problem with Best Buy

    Count Orlok, the original horror icon brought to life by NECA with cool, screen accurate accessories. I probably like Super7 version better, but this figure is done well

    My son is a huge collector of this brand. Best Buy always carry’s a great selection . My son said the articulation is on point.. whatever that means. My son is extremely happy with this action figure.
