I bought this for my daughter so the two of us could play some good Old School Video games together!

Great game for old school gamers and a great way for kids to play some of our old school games.

It is an awesome nostalgic recall. And it is awesome getting the kids to see our favorite games.

Its a fun game, but its basically just a bunch of mini-games. They are a lot of fun though!

This game is a blast. It can get repetitive at times but is a fun blast to the past in gaming!

I bought thinking I could play the old punch out game

This is a collection of mini-challenges based on old NES games. It is a decent effort; however, having to use the Wii U gamepad is a pretty big downside as it is not as comfortable or easy to use as the Wii controller or pro controller. Also there is a bit of lag in the emulations of the NES games that detracts from the playability.

NES remix pack combines NES remix 1 and 2, previously available on the Nintendo eshop. Basically, you're given bite size challenges from a wide range of NES classics as well as fun remixes of those games (where multiple games might be mixed together, certain aspects of gameplay altered, etc). You usually have seconds to complete a task (collect 10 coins in Super Mario Bros, get the sword in Legend of Zelda) and are rewarded with additional stages and Miiverse stamps. It makes a great party game and something for short play times. One complaint is that it would've been nice to simply mesh all the content from both games together and have all of it compatible with Miiverse, rather than the startup screen consisting of choosing which game (Remix 1 or 2) you want to play. Also, at 19.99, it's a fairly good value. Would recommend to fans of the old days.

Game is pretty cool. Its nice playing the old retro games with brand new levels.

Met my non expectations...which was easy. If you're expecting to play through the classic nintendo games as they were, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. This remix has you playing all the same games you love, but with different goals to accomplish with every level. It's a new challenge for a new age!

My boyfriend loves this game! It takes the originals and gives them a twist.

Same as the DLC but on a physical disc. Re-mix of old classic NES games.

Personally, I own every cartridge on this disc for my NES, but if having a retro system or three hooked up just isn't your bag, this is the next best thing. Wish there were some Amiibo available to maybe unlock some new gameplay elements, but there's no beating a collection of classics.

These games remind me of back when nes was a best thing out there.

Game is a fun compilation of short, but sweet challenges. I like it.
