Purchased this machine after owning a professional Nespresso machine in a restaurant and found the quality to be of the same high standard as the commercial machine. Very pleased with the purchase.

Works well. Does what Nespresso promises it does. Stopped foaming after only a handful of uses but Nespresso was pretty good about correcting the problem.

I let my daughter take my CitiU machine and purchased this as a replacement. It is disappointing in that it drips- as you get ready to make your cup and you turn it on, drops from the last cup land in your fresh cup. Ughh. Plus it is small! I find myself constantly holding the cup holder tray up, which of course is full of liquid from the drips. Second ugh. There are two settings, and the larger one makes a weak espresso. The most positive thing I can say is that was inexpensive and has a small footprint. (Note: nespresso provides pictorial instructions which are puzzling, not sure how or if I can change settings)

Have owned a couple other Nespresso machines. One was great, one not so much. But this is a good one. Love the compact size.
