We’ve had this Nespresso machine for some time; it is the second one since the first one started to make too much noise. But definitely we are enjoying the coffee and how easy it is to make it. The machine right out of the box comes with a sample of coffees to try, from light to very strong coffee there is something for everyone. The machine is easy to use; add water, coffee pod and your mug. The large capacity of water makes several mugs without the need to refill right away. On the other side it catches the used pods until full. As for the Milk Frother, it makes the coffee taste much better. Just add milk and let the frother make the work. Something else to keep in mind is that the pods are recyclable and you can buy more online or at the Nespresso store and it is easy to do so and they often have promotions to consider. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

I love it! Super easy and convenient, tastes great, and it came with the coolest frother that does hot or cold and is super easy to clean. Also the coffee is great quality. I don’t feel most coffee drinks I order, but this definitely hits me. The only reason I took a star is because the capsules aren’t sold many places and also it doesn’t brew as hot as I like so I can sip on it. The temperature is perfect to drink instantly though. I thought they fixed that with the evoluo but I guess not.

I got this Nespresso because we do have a coffee maker but sometimes we would go and buy coffee somewhere else, and this machine makes expresso as well as different flavor coffees, it does not get boring at all. it brews great and also it includes the frother that makes awesome taste. awesome.

What a machine, pressurized, centrifugal, multi size cups & flavors of coffee with a separate milk frother!!! There are different blends, strengths and sizes of coffee and they all come out perfect. The milk frother makes either hot or cold froth, depending on if you're having an iced coffee or not. Nespresso also recycles the aluminum pods and the coffee grounds, all you do is send the pods via pre paid ups package and your done! When you need more pods, go to nespresso.com and they're delivered in 2 days. The hardest part is figuring out how much milk to use so you don't overflow. Love it!

Got this Vertuo machine to make coffee at home while trying different flavors. It has done that so far, there are plenty of flavors to try from light to dark strong taste and best of all different flavors. The machine it self works great it has a large place to have water ready and another large place for the pods after using them. I also like that the pods are recyclable by sending them by mail or taking them to the store. Hope you enjoy as well.

Plugged it in, filled the tank and ran the clean process as recommended before initial use... It Didn't finish the cycle before it flooded our countertops with water due to the bottom of the tank being broken at the valve. I have returned the machine for replacement and will update review if I am able to use/test the product.

Really like the Nespresso coffees, this coffee maker is a very nice color, it's compact, seems well made and makes a really great cup of coffee. There is a lot of Crema or foam on the cup, so it's an acquired taste but the flavor of the coffee's are pretty awesome. The cups are consistent from one cup to the other, the pods are aluminum therefore recycleable but coated so the coffee never touches the aluminum when it's brewing (at least that is what Nespresso states). I really enjoy the machine, it's simple to use, compact, makes a nice HOT cup of coffee and it's fairly quiet compared to some of the other coffee makers I have.

After reading some of the reviews about the machine and Consumer Reports I can say that this is such a great machine. A lot of people mentioned issues around temperatures being lower than their preference, I can say that it really depends on the pods. The temperature variations are based on the pods that are used due to the scanning function in the machine. Also, espresso shots tend to be less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit when made at normal cafes. If you want warmer coffees then I suggest perhaps using a higher temperature water in the tank in line with the operating temperatures in the manual. One concern I had with Nespresso pods is the environmental impact that the pods produce after use. Thankfully its aluminum which is somewhat easier to recycle than plastics and Nespresso allows customers to either go to a local store where you can drop off the used pods or if you order from online you can order recycling sleeves with free UPS return postage to send back. Overall, I highly recommend the machine for ease of use, excellent coffee, and minor sustainability efforts by Nespresso.

Ok, let me say up front I begun drinking coffee when I was 3 years old. Before you judge my parents. It all turned out okay. And, speaking of Okay this nesspresso coffee maker is not okay it’s fantastic. This machine can put “four-bucks” out of business. One caveat to mention the only place that I am aware of to purchase the coffee pods is on line. Frequent use of the machine will require planning or joining the nesspresso automatic coffee club. I recommend joining the club takes the stress out of worrying if you will make it through the weekend without jonesing for some amazing coffee. Ok now for the machine it is easy to use one button push and in a few seconds you will have one of the best cups of coffee you have ever had. Five stars for ease of use. Five stars for the coffee. You will not regret this purchase. My only trepidation in writing this review is that if you heed this advice you will get a machine and selfish me worries that you everyone ( and everyone should) will get this machine and the coffee will run out. And speaking of running out. Run out now and grab one up so you too can close the sale. Coffee is for closers. So get out there rain or shine, sleet or snow and make your world all the brighter and flavorful. Bottoms up.

There are apparently 2 manufacturers of this device: one is made in China, the other in Switzerland. We chose the latter, but have no reason to believe the other would not work as well. The first time you touch it you know that it is well made. Everything feels sturdy and moves easily. The ingenious bar code reader eliminates worrying about settings, as it determines how much water to use by reading the bar code. Of course, you can always add more by the simple touch of a button. Pods are not cheap, and their packaging is somewhat wasteful. However, if you contact Nespresso, they will send you a free postage-paid "bag" to send your used pods for recycling. Very nice feature. Overall, very pleased.

The taste of the coffee that this machine makes is ridiculously good. Better than the super quality local hipster coffee shops I usually go to. The espresso is rich, flavorful, and loaded with crema. Simply put, the coffee this makes is fantastic. Operation is simple. Put some water in the left side tank, put an espresso capsule up top, turn the lid, and press go. Within a minute you have a shot of fantastic espresso (or a cup of very very good coffee). When you open the lid again, the used pod drops into the tank on the right. No mess, no cleanup. If you want to clean the system, just press the top button three times fast. It runs through a cleaning cycle to ensure that you dont have any old coffee residue next time you brew. I have this paired with Nespresso's aerocinno machine, which does a wonderful job making hot frothed milk. Coupled with this brewer, I have a coffee shop quality cappucinno at home. It is incredible how delicious it is.

This was a Christmas present that did not disappoint. Makes great coffee that is just as good or better than the coffee shop. Easy to use and looks nice on the counter. The pods are a little pricey but still cheaper than your favorite coffee shop.

This brewer is just "okay" the coffee tastes good but every pod had "foam" which sometimes isn't desired. Speaking of the pods, they are somewhat hard to get and cost way more than a k-cup. Also, its pretty loud in comparison to the K Supreme Plus that I switched too.

It's a very good machine. Coffee comes out creamy, with great scent and taste. The only thing I don't like about this machine is its noise when preparing the coffee (it's noisy as a plane trying to take off). This machine is very easy to handle and clean. About Nespresso coffee - well, it's the best I know.

Easy to use—very convenient. Quick and tasty. Milk “frother” is fast and easy to I clean up after too. Amazon prime delivers replacement. Consider it durable too as it gets a lot of use without a hitch.

This has been an outstanding coffee maker. My wife has been in love with coffee since I met her. For this reason, I also became a more regular coffee drinker. While I still prefer old methods of preparing coffee, this package has been incredible. It's easy to clean, the milk frother is very reliable. No problems over now 2 years of daily use. Highly recommend any of the Nespresso products if they are still showing five stars -- this has been the real deal and worth writing two years later.

My only complaint about this machine is that it is noisy. Besides that, all the rest is great... coffee tastes great. It's simple to operate, simple to clean and I get my coffee real quick. I do like Nespresso products, although they're pricey.
