This thing makes incredible coffee but it leaks water. I went on YouTube trying to find a way to fix it and it seems to be a very common problem. Unfortunately, dealing with Best Buy on the exchange has been a nightmare

I love this so much, the price of lattes just keeps going up no matter where you get them so this is a great alternative. It's so easy to use and ordering fr Nespresso is quick and easy

So Nespresso without a doubt is one of the best coffee makers. This is me second machine and I really enjoy them. The ease of use and being able to buy the pods and the milk frother are great. The unit looks beautiful I mean it’s great.

My wife loves this!!! She’s a pro now!!! No more Starbucks!

I was so excited to receive this machine but it was disgusting. I didn’t have time to return it because of work but the way I received this package was disgusting. I honestly took this as a sign to never shop at Best Buy again! Their service is honestly worse than ever!

It worked great for 7-8 months making good coffee and espresso shots but has since stopped working all of a sudden. It does not light up or do anything. Cleaned it multiple times and had no issues prior. Giving it 3 Stars because when it did work, it worked great and made excellent coffee. Would recommend going with a different model due to this issue. Because of this, I could not recommend it to others.

I bought this for my husband, not knowing if he would like it, but it was the best thing I could have done. Kuddos for me. He uses it all the time, says it has the best flavor espresso, since Europe. I like it for cappuccino.

While Nespresso makes a delicious, luxurious coffee, they really failed with their machines. Not sure if it’s a Breville issue or all their machines are like this. From what I understand they also have machines made by DeLonghi and Kitchenaid. I should have listened to the other negative reviews and not purchased this. I thought maybe these negative reviews were just user error. I owned mine for two weeks and it started leaking water all over the counter. It would brew about an ounce of liquid even though I was using the 7.77 oz capsule. Then it started blinking blue, then purple, neither of these colors are even listed in their troubleshooting guide! Spent 30 min on the phone with customer service who was nice enough to send a replacement machine. The replacement came in an ugly gray, not the limited edition glossy black I had AND came with water dripping from the spout that pokes the capsule so it must be a used machine. Had I known this model would be this much trouble I would’ve spent a little more and gotten one of the better ones with better reviews. Don’t be a cheapskate like me, spend a little more and get something that actually works!!

Love it! Super easy to use, and lots of different flavors to choose from. I will say though, this is much louder than a traditional coffee maker while brewing. The frother is great as well (that's super quiet).

Hoping this one lasts. My first one died one year after purchase. I was so unhappy because I love the coffee it makes. Tried troubleshooting. Never could get it to work after cleaning cycle then descaling. Read other reviews stating same problem. Luckily we had bought the extended warranty and voila I have the same machine again. Coffee is delicious and easy easy to use machine.

Awesome device and great price if you get it on sale. Seems loud but noise actually doesn't travel far. extras like milk frother are a nice touch.

Hesitant at first, i dont like pod coffee. This machine makes amazing expresso. Its fast, easy and tastes amazing. The aerochinno makes wonderful froth, and the machine crema is perfect. Dont hesitate, youll love it!
