Quit working within 2 weeks. Nespresso replaced with their own brand However the taste of the spresso coffee was wonderful. When I replaced it with Starbucks nespresso pods it was terribly acidic and no one liked it.

Broke in 2 months. Nespresso customer service was great though and gave a replacement of a more reliable machine.

Absolutely love! I also have a Breville Espresso Machine and this Nespresso machine does a pretty amazing job for what it is. Not true crema as with an espresso machine, but I’m not complaining either. I would highly recommend this machine!

Lasted 4 weeks I moved the unit to set it up in a different location in my kitchen and it stopped working I'm very disappointed I was a huge fan on breville brand until this happen

Gabage, Only lasted a year then died. Tech support was worthless.

Don't buy this machine. It started leaking after 2 months and it is July 1st and it is completely dead. The customer service number is not longer active at Nespresson.

The product works perfect although its not worth the 200. Before your purchase wait for a sale i missed out on 100 bucks after 16 day price dropped by 100 bucks...

Really good quick coffee go to but it did have some technical issues but Nespresso was quick to help replace the model

It just doesnt work. Its not vey reliable. It wastes supplies trying to get it to work which is exapensibe.

Great quality, but you pay a lot for it. All sizes of pods are handled accurately by the sensor

When working, it’s awesome! However, unfortunately I’ve had it for about 3 months now. Used it only a few times a week, sometimes only every other week as I travel a lot for work. And it completely quit working for me. It’s so frustrating as it’s still pretty new. Don’t understand what happens I hope I can get some help in regards to this.

No other coffee tastes better I would recommend to my friends and family! Perfect brand I will buy again Nespresso for life! Very good

Great Christmas gift for my wife! She loved the assortment of pods that allowed her to sample a few flavors to see what she likes.

I will never ever go to a keriug or everday trips to starbucks.

If I could give it a -1, I would! I was under the impression that Starbucks sold the pods but I was wrong! These pods are very difficult to find unless you order them! This needs to be in the description. Also, it is now shooting water out the back after using it only 17 days! It was a Christmas gift to my husband and he has stopped using it! I should have gotten the keurig!

The box was a little beat up from delivery, but the machine was in perfect condition and it arrived quickly.

Clogs frequently, same decibel range as an aircraft taking off. “Capsule not recognized”, wasted 3 boxes of their pods in testing. Horrible machine, all other models seem to be just fine. Not unit specific, seeing the same claims across platforms.
