Espresso good, durability not so much.

It makes excellent espresso. However, ours broke after one week (an issue with the power button). Nespresso sent a new unit and it arrived one week later. So far, no issues with the new unit (a few days of use). Customer service was flawless but it’s possible that the design is flawed.
