Wow, and not in a good way. This Nespresso machine I bought from Best Buy worked for less than 6 months of light use before it started flashing red all the time. I followed all the official troubleshooting advice, but it was a band aid that worked a few times until the internal parts sprang apart. Then I went on to Best Buy to see about product support and the app walked me through a detailed appointment scheduling process. I took time off work to get there for the appointment and when I got there they told me they don’t do any work on coffee makers. I asked why the app had me do that first then and scheduled the appointment specifically for a coffee maker if they don’t do work on coffee makers. The worker said they have tried to tell management for a long time and it hasn’t changed. Wow, Best Buy. Maybe this is why Amazon is winning. That is pretty much the worse experience I’ve had with product support in a decade. Stay away from Nespresso pots, they are poorly made and you won’t get any help from Best Buy.

Me and my fiance love it, i'm a hot coffee person and she's an ice coffee person!.. i just need to get the foam maker on starbucks!.. you dont have to go to starbucks anymore!!
