My new laptop computer is a different brand than the one I gave to the Gerk Squad to repair. This one is yhe eadiest computer I've ever operated. It has an audio start up file, I followed the prompts and voila!

Got the AC1200 as a Christmas present and it solved nicely my internet signal issue in house#1. Took and installed it in house#2 which is bigger. Same result. Bought the AC2020 for permanent placement in house#1.

Was having some issues in different parts of the house with telework, particularly skype and teams calls. Adding this mesh was easy and increased wifi access for the whole house. Definitely good for multiple device households during a pandemic.

Once we got this up and running, the new network works great. While setup is pretty easy, we had to do it over once we discovered that it must be set up from a device that will primarily be on that network. I.e., don't set up a relative's network using your iPhone if you live an airplane flight away.

I had the previous version for about 2 years and it had started giving me issues with range and disconnections. I had 3 points and the OnHub router. With this new version, I only have the router and 2 points and it I get much better coverage and signal.

We have continued to expand our home system and this has been a great addition. We really like the smart products and have pivoted to almost exclusively the Nest brand with a lot of success.

While the google nest is a good router the same cannot be said for the access points, i had trouble getting the speeds i am paying for in a two story house through the access points. Very difficult to set up even though on paper its not difficult at all.

Really pleased with this. We experienced frequent buffering on tv’s but with this, they are work perfectly! Easy solution to a frustrating problem.

Excellent buy. My husband needed wifi for his mancave & works excellent in his metal building. Only thing is it has to be an extension of the wifi you already have...sort of like a booster.

You will never have to worry about internet again plus it interacts with all your smart devices I had Google assist and you can listen to music what the point I've had many routers and I would definitely recommend this

Required more work to setup Nest Wifi when upgrading from older google wifi network. Since the this new wifi required setup though Google Home (via Google Nest), there was some debugging required to have the old nest access point be part of the new google access points via mesh network.

Pretty decent purchase. My Roku devices were buffering with the cable company issued wireless router and once I installed this mesh system the buffering has gone away. Also the google assistant is great

Wonderful design and appearance. Very easy to set up and connect. It did nothing to improve my connection speed or footprint. I love Google products but this one ended up being returned.

With the hunkering down due to the pandemic, we have two adults working from home and two college students finishing the semesters online. We are streaming and have meetings all day. So far, so good! We’ve had little to no interruptions in service. We definitely recommend the investment.

FIXED my terrible wifi, and the google home / nest in my bedroom has changed my life. Synced up GREAT with my smart-lightbulb, and makes this dork feel fancy when she asks google to make the light red or turn the lights off.

Bought this for the mesh system (to replace a less than stellar system). This one seems to work MUCH more efficiently and a bonus is the Google assistant so, among many other things, I can turn the heater on from the warmth of my bed.

Very happy with these. We are in a three level house with the modem on level 2 and our office in level 1. Before Nest Wifi, level one had some spotty wifi. Now, wifi is great. Overall, easy set up and very happy.

I was having serious problems with my Internet connection at home. Working from home was a true hassle. This product solved my problem. I purchased 1 router and 2 points for $300 on discount. Great purchase!

One of the best buys I’ve ever made. This thing is amazing. I had been a loyal ASUS router fan for the past decade. The mesh network is a game changer. I didn’t realize how poor my wireless network was until I replaced it. Highly recommended!!!!

I was an early adopter of the Eero mesh network system. I upgraded to the Google Nest Wifi recently and It has been a positive experience. I have enjoyed the additional admin options to secure/monitor specific network endpoints.
