    Router does Not work with another Router. They say the opposite at the Google site in Brasil.

    UNIT DID NOT DO ANY BETTER THEN MY EXISTING UNIT RECOMMEND TO BETTER ADVERTISE THESE UNITS

    Seems to drop connections daily. On a related note, it takes many tries to get a new device hooked up.

    One of the wifi mesh will not connect. I have tried everything possible including all recommended solutions on google and youtube. Nothing works. As of now, you can not purchase a singular wifi mesh through Nest. I know I could return the whole set but I don't want to bother.

      Factors like thick walls, mirrors, windows and even signals from other wireless devices may cause interference that will shorten the distance Nest Wifi router can cover. You may need to shorten the distance between your Nest Wifi Router and Nest Wifi Points to get a better signal coverage.

    If my hole house was google this would be a great tool. I don’t get wifi extension how I thought I would.

    The router doesn’t give enough width like how they claim. It still has good app base and reliability.

    Did not boost signal. Moved boxes to different areas without success. Took product back for refund

    For the money. I recommended to buy another mesh system that can give you wifi 6 and more speed.

    It was probably good for smaller property but i dont think this covers my 1800+ square foot home.

    Unstable and low coverage

    I was so excited to buy this when I saw all the great reviews. I also researched several mesh systems with expert reviews and thought this one was the best. But my experience has been terrible. The main router seems to work good enough, but the mesh satellite points are very unstable, they disconnect frequently and once they do the mesh extension doesn’t operate. Most of the advice you get from Google support is to reset the system. All I have to say to that is, I have used several routers in the past that never needed to reset at all. I’m talking years of operation without needing to do anything. So just the fact that this does need to be reset makes it an inferior system. I am outside the Best Buy return window, which really sucks because I would like a refund and the ability to go in a different direction. But I’m kind of locked in now. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. Hopefully somebody reads this and it helps them to avoid the disappointing experience that I have had.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear you ran into some connectivity issues with your Nest Wifi mesh system. We understand it can be disappointing to run into an issue and to not get the support you need.

      You can try to turn off/on the Google Nest Cloud services which helps the network ensuring all settings are communicated and saved properly on Google Cloud servers. You can open the Google Home app > Tap the Wifi icon > Tap Settings > Select Privacy settings > Toggle Nest Wifi cloud services OFF for 10 seconds, then back ON.

      Moreover, you can do a full network restart to re-establish connections if you haven't tried it yet. Turn off the power for your modem, Nest Wifi router, Nest Wifi points, and wait for 5 minutes. Before reconnecting the power to your modem first, wait for it to fully boot up before powering up and reconnecting your Nest Wifi router and points.

      Lastly, we recommend to place Nest Wifi points no more than 2 rooms away from Nest Wifi router.

    Nest Wifi under delivers but consistent.

    These are sadly, disappointing. Pros - they are consistent and work as another google (the pods only, not the router). Cons - greatly underwhelm in speed and do need rebooting a little more often than I'd expect. Cons - The managing of users and devices is lacking, especially compared to Comcast Xfinity tools.

    Horrible connection issues

    My wifi points no longer works after 1.5 years of use. I have tried at least 15 times over the past few days resetting points, restarting network, factory reset and nothing is working. I even purchased Google Wi-Fi points for my girlfriend and couldn’t set it up bc of the numerous errors, connection fails etc. I’m incredibly disappointed with this product and support hasn’t even tried to help. I have visited forums and tons of other people are having the same issues and no one has been given a solution. This is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen. No updates or patches given to Google home. Nothing. For as much money as we have spent of this product, the least you can do it have a product that works or at least have a support line that resolved the issue.

    Bad google product

    Worked for three months with no issues. Then it started dropping signal randomly for about 5 minutes at a time. Talked to Google and they said it was because my modem from my isp was also a router so thats what causes the issue. But it didnt for the first three months. Waste of $300

    Vs 2 seems to slow down when connected to Vs 1. For the size of my house, I shouldn’t need 6 pods.

    not as good as the hype

    I've been through every suggestion on node location, spacing, technical setups - tried everything - and they continue to underwhelm. Latency is frustrating, nodes flash yellow during the day for not apparent reason, network needs to be rebooted every other day to maintain smooth operation. I just can't understand the hype surrounding these.

    Very easy setup. My home is less than 2000 sq ft which this product says it could cover and possibly more than that but it didnt. My internet didn't strengthen or anything. It was okay. In my opinion too much money to spend for "okay" service. I returned mine.
