This made a HUGE difference in my WiFi. I wasn’t getting any internet on the first floor or outside. Now I’m getting about 50% downstairs and maybe 30% outside. Although if I were to add more points, I know that would continue to increase!

SO happy with this purchase - THRILLED, really! We have 4 levels of living in our home now that we have finished our basement and we really needed to get our WiFi to reach all 4 floors with all of the "smart everything" stuff. Our router is on the top floor and 1 extender is on each of the following two floors. Our bottom floor (basement) does not have an extender and we have GREAT WiFi down there. It's really been a great solution. I realize this isn't the cheapest option out there, but I'm glad we invested in a solid solution. Set-up was also super easy. I'm not super savvy with this stuff and I didn't have to be - it worked great, definitely a plug & play solution. The sleek, white appearance is also appealing and fits our home decor without standing out. I put one on a white window sill and it's really inconspicuous. Great design.

This system is very easy to set up and works fantastic. I put one in main area of house, one on upper level, and one in detached garage. Excellent signal everywhere. Only negative is the router doesn't have a USB port to support network hard drive.

Was considering nest wifi and orbi 4 pack (new one). Orbi was a bit cheaper but nest has latest security standards and the home app works well with management including parental controls. Thought 3 pack would be an overkill but actually helped... no dead zones now.

We had the older Google wifi points which worked pretty well. But when we had to move the modem to another end of the house they just couldn’t cut it. I bought the Nest system and it is terrific. I highly recommend it.

We purchased his router and points a month ago (8/2020) and they completely cover our home with wifi. We have over 3,300 square feet on 3 levels and have no problems with coverage, even in our separate garages! The Google nest function is neat too.

I had an AT&T router and it became unusable after I crossed the 40 connected devices mark, also second floor wifi connectivity was horrible. I have a 1 GB fiber connection and I barley got more than 70 MB upstairs. Also, the setup process was seemless.

Product works great. With 3450 sq. ft of home, we now have great Wi-Fi everywhere. Even basement door Ring video doorbell works well. On sale price was great.

Needed a mesh system since I purchased a larger house and this one was easy to setup. Also the app gives me the ability to keep track of settings and make changes I think are needed.

In use for about 6 weeks with no issues. The coverage is great. Used a WiFi analyzer app and I see a strong single further away than the product says. Very satisfied. It is a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend. Easy setup.

Lot it. Not sure what to do with my alexa now. coverage is outstanding. I purchased an extra one to add to the system and didn't need it. I have solid coverage over my entire 1/2 acre lot.

While I’m not an expert in WiFi speeds or home internet, the Google Mesh system is easy to setup and offers a large WiFi area. For those with a big or multilevel house, the mesh system allows for placement of the point wherever you need it most.

I really like the new mesh system. Makes a huge difference from what I had before - extenders. It is really simple to install and the appearance is great. It’s small and blends in nicely. You would never know it’s computer equipment!

I bought these as I live in a three-story townhouse and our wifi router from Spectrum just wasn't doing the job. I have one on the second floor and one upstairs and they are working great with an increase in speed to boot! Very quick and painless setup.

We are very satisfied with our purchase, would recommend this product for any home that needs additional Wi-Fi signal. It works very well on a TV that would not work half the time in our bedroom upstairs. It now works all the time. Thank you for a great product.

This has been a lifesaver as I am in separate quarters from the main house and it boosts my signal enough to watch TV and run laptop and phone. Also love the Hey Google, where's my phone help.

Huge failure on Google's part. We had this combination for about 6 month's and it 'works' okay if you're using the wired network (still not reaching expected speeds though), which in itself isn't exactly easy since the router only has ONE RJ45 port for outgoing ethernet (the 'point' doesn't have any). This was never a concern to me to begin with, since I was planning on only running the hyped up "High speed WiFi" which allegedly supports AC2200 MU-MIMO and has 4 built in antennas.. yeah.. no, good luck with that! The coverage itself is garbage compared to this products price point, and any "high speed WiFi" is no where to be seen. We even changed ISP, thinking that must have been the issue (at first we never considered that it was the router itself being a lemon, because come on.. it's Google, they're supposed to know this stuff, right?). Upgrading ourselves to 940/880 Mbps unfortunately did nothing to help the situation as we were still only getting about 180/8 Mbps (yes, no joke, 8!). I've spent hours on the phone with Google's support (WiFi care) without any sign of salvation, and guess what? Their support is as knowledgeable as the manufacturer of this product, as everything I was asked to do and try, I found myself after a simple search around the internet (the exact same steps and even phrasing used in the article..). So yes, Google support also 'googles' the issues, because not even they seem to know how this product function... or doesn't function. Eventually we gave up, spent $99 (way cheaper than this faulty crap) on a new router, which not only had the 'usual' amount of RJ45 ports so we didn't have to use a Switch for our smart hubs. But hey guess what? It worked flawlessly out of the box and we're now getting WiFi speeds at 600/500:ish, which is about the expected speed for our service over WiFi, and about 900/800 on wired, and the coverage is way better than Nest WiFi! So now we're just trying to get Google to accept that their product is faulty and take it back, or send out a replacement unit incase ours happened to be a lemon. Unfortunately even THIS is an issue by itself, as the alleged support keeps changing stories as to what we tried and what results we got during the hours of testing... you'd think they would take notes, right? NOPE.. Or they're just trying to bend the truth to save themselves some pennies, who knows. I quite honestly didn't expect any of this from a company like Google.. Sum it all up, don't buy this, save yourself the money and headaches that comes with this product. Spend a third of the cost on a much better alternative and buy your loved one some chocolate (or tools!), and you'll be a winner in everyone's book (..perhaps not Google's book). Included a picture of the speeds we were getting through the Google WiFi (which runs its test raw, so at its best.. the speed on your devices would be worse).

I’ve been living under a rock

Literally, I’ve been living under a rock. I had no idea mesh systems existed - mainly because I worked in an office that has our network WiFi easily available and of course - its a business so the strength is good. I started working from home since the end of April 2020 (thanks pandemic) and I noticed a slight lag while I worked. I dismissed it. Since the beginning of August our signal was significantly slower (most likely due to all schools being taught remotely). We initially had the Apple AirPort Extreme - which was now extremely slow - and obsolete after I researched it. Found the Google Nest and skeptically ordered it. Once it arrived, the set up was incredibly easy and the WiFi is amazing!!! Definitely suggest this product! Oh, my work computer is a 10zig, and now it works as it should!! I’m back to working way more efficiently!

Can't believe I waited this long to go the Mesh Wifi. Had deadzones in the house I didn't even realize how much faster downloads and streaming could be. No more buffering when watching Roku TV's, downloads are fast everywhere in the house. Easy setup.
