This is the second time we have used this product. We know that our first Netgear 16-Port 10/100/1000 has been doing great for more than ten years. So now, we have set up another network with an identical unmanaged switch, and yes, the new one is doing great also.

I've always been pleased with Netgear products and this one is no different. It was on sale, included free delivery, and is a rock solid network switch. I swapped out an 8-port Netgear switch for this one since the old one had run out of ports.

My home is prewired with each room having ethernet ports. My prior switch was smaller so I could not use all ports. I was going to purchase a 16 port switch a couple of years ago, but the size was too large to fit into my master control box. This unit fits well and works great and was simple to install.

This NETGEAR 16 PORT SWITCH replaced a 8 port switch thus giving me extra space for future growth. It was a great price and it’s sleek design takes up little space.
