My wired internet needs outgrew my old 5-port switch. Transitioning to this larger switch was a simple plug-and-play solution. Well built with a solid metal case, this should last for years!

This was extremely easy to set up. I literally plugged it in and plugged all of my ethernet cables and it just worked. I would high recommend anyone looking for an unmanaged switch solution to buy this.

Netgear 16-Port Ethernet Switch was perfect for our job. Installing cameras and other devices using CAT5 cable. Netgear seams to outlast all others.

I have bought several of these for my business after firewall was installed and i ran out of ports. This product is very easy to use and replicated my ports instantly giving me space to connect my Credit Card terminals. Will buy it again and again

The switch was designed with a thought to be used in a confined environment due to its small size and fanless design. Quite and power little switch for almost any networking needs at home or small office.

What can I say? As far as unmanaged gigabit switches go, this one does exactly what I expected.

This was the only 16 Port switch Best Buy had available after another brand of switch at the business died. The Netgear switch is easy to cable-up and put into service. Already have this model switch installed at a different site for over a year and it is working well.

I had a much earlier model and this was needed and have now 100 times better speed. yay!!! Just got it yesterday so no history yet with its longevity but expect miracles like forever.

Another great switch that installs without any fuss. I have found that the smart switches can cause issues when put on a network that uses the same IP scheme. With this switch you do not have that issue. It is just plug in and go.

Good price and does its job. We've only been using this for a few weeks now but overall we have had very good success with Netgear hardware particularly the switches. If you need a good dependable and highly functional switch then this will do the trick.

This switch is about as "set it and forget it" as you could ask for. It just works. I'm only using four of the sixteen jacks, but I am planning to use it to run Cat6 cable throughout my house to extend my Gigabit internet service.

Replaced existing 100 MPS switch with this to increase our network speed. It has worked good so far with no issues.

i bought this as a spare in case my main current goes down. and sure enough i needed it and it came through. it's a "dumb" switch, but it does job with all my devices.

Not too many folks will need 16 ports for wired connectivity, but I have several PCs, laptops, servers, and other devices. The functionality of this device is simple - provide wired lan connections - but it's important that it work properly. This devices does.
