I figured this would be another waste of money considering the brand. Had a member from geek squad help me out and educate me on technology a bit.

It was always a huge hassle to reset my old router (unplug, wait, rinse and repeat). This resets itself, I just have to reconnect from my computer.

The product is good but we purchased the incorrect product for our needs. Best Buy took it back with no problems.

I have a small one bedroom apartment with a weird dead zone in the bedroom. I purchased this unit spontaneously at the recommendation of a sales associate at BB when I was researching OLED TVs. I went back and purchased an Eero Mesh WiFi system later to see which worked better. I retuned the Netgear. I’m giving it 3 stars because it seemed like it should have worked according to the specs. It just didn’t work for me in my space.

Looked online found what I wanted went to the store to get it and they didn't have it so talked with an associate and he recommended this. Works great!!!

My favorite feature is the ability to prioritize devices on my network. (Roku and my tablet no longer interrupted by the kids on their devices.)

Great purchase with Best Buy. It’s everything thing that we expected and will be purchasing our next one from Best Buy again.

NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router - great router. purchased for work. this is real step up from the old Linksys WRT-54G

Not great for more than 5-6 devices on the network but works great with just a limited number of devices

I needed a router that would allow more than 3 devices at one time and so far this one has worked well.

Great reception 3 bedroom works every where the best thanks to Best Buy service rep great advice compared to the 10 rental from comcast

I purchased a Netgear modem and router separately and they are both working wonderfully to produce fast internet Service! I love Netgear products.

It’s a great buy. I don’t know much about tech but with the help of the spectrum tech I was able to install it.

The range could be better the product looks great and worked well until later when all 10 of my devices were hooked up then it began to run slower.

Like that this has two external antennas instead of internal ones that seems to make connection spotty at times.

Good for the value but did not see that much difference from previous NG N300 router.

Easy to install. Took only less than 30 mins for setup. WiFi strength is good and reliable. No issues so far. Happy with the purchase.

After learning how to operate by the geek squad I understand how to use it. The instructions do not have many details; just on how to set it up.

Easy to use and set up. Seems to supply my devices with enough streaming data. Don’t ever have to give it any thought.
