I bought it recently and still waiting for few more days get full satisfaction. I can't give full review now, sometimes it kicked off my iphone5 but I can reconnect it, so I m not sure is it device problem or not.

I had this router for about a week. It was super easy to set up, but the signal had issues going 10 feet. I upgraded to an ac1700 model, and that one fills my whole house with wifi

I kept having to reconnect every time I opened my IPad. Also still had streaming delays on my smart TV. I returned this product and upgraded to a 1900.

This router is alright. Super light and feels super cheap. The lights are ontop and hard to see. Range also sucks. Had an n600 and miss that. May trade in for a ac1900 nighthawk

I really really wanted this to work.

After 15 years of Linksys I thought I would give Netgear a go given I felt the Linksys life cycle was rather short, and I really really wanted this Netgear router to work. I set this router up to run off my cable modem that gives me 25-30 Mbps over Ethernet. The set up was easy, maybe 10 minutes, and I was up and going and getting rates of 17-23Mbps over wireless. About a week later my throughput started slowing and finally I ended up with data rates of 0.2 -6 Mbps over wireless and ~4-8Mbps wired to the router. First I verified that my ISP was working solid, it was, so I called Netgear support and they tried to adjust the channel and MTU but after a few calls nothing fixed it. They then sent me an RMA and told me I had to pay to ship it back to them THEN when they recieveed it they would send a replacement so in the meantime I would be out a wireless network...Really? Luckily I was still in the time to return it to Best Buy for free and I did. Expecting it to be a 1 off quality issue I returned it and got another of this model fully expecting this one to work, however same speed reduction issue but this time right out of the box; same customer service trouble shooting experience via Netgear. The only difference in the support this time is they suggested the reason I was getting 2Mbps was because my ISP was only giving me 25 Mbps and I should have them increase the data rate so I could get a faster rate through the router.... dumbest thing I have ever heard. That or they suggested buying another Netgear model to see if it will work. I stopped using Linksys because felt the life cycle was to short, however they did work solid and I will go back.

I was told this product will send wifi signal mostly to device directly so that we get better signal. But it will not connect back to devices when we go out of reach and come in closer.

This is a decent router for small spaces. The router supports multiple networks, and supports a guest network. For the mony it is a decent purchase if you get it on sale.

Sure brand is a very good one highly recommended to me, but not enough power for my needs. Had to return the 1200 for the 1750, which works great !

I had a little trouble getting this set up. It could be a problem with my internet provider and the fact that I use a MacBook. It was even hard to get my printer to find it.

The Comcast router/modem I got during a new installation in my house is not strong enough to receive good signals to my wireless devices. Comcast doesn't have a fix for this problem and told me buy an additional router. I was told at Best Buy this model should be strong enough. It was better, but I needed to go back and purchase a range extender. The signal is good now except I need to reset the network depending on which room I'm in. I need to choose between the AC1200 router and AC750 range extender. Very annoying.

Unfortunately ran into a salesperson with less knowledge than me. Steered me to buy this, brought it home hooked it up and keep having issues. Was going to take it back but the short return period had run out. Problem was this was too small for our size home. I did my own research and bought the Orbi which has worked perfectly

I bought this as a replacement due to my Belkin being fried from a power outage. Since I was without internet and needed a router in a pinch, I bought this since most of the stores in my area only carried Netgear products. I purchased one similar to my Belkin and went on my way. After unboxing the product I find out that an app must be downloaded to install the router. Ironic since I live in a remote area and without any internet connection, this was more than a challenge. Once the app downloaded I went through the steps as straightforward as they were and thought I had a stable connection. My most used devices connected well enough but had trouble maintaining a stable connection. Long story short, after spending what seemed like an eternity with Netgear support over the course of several days, the suggestion I received from the technician was to return the product, which I promptly did thinking it was just a bad router. Once that router left me with the same issues and receiving another suggestion from customer support to return the product, I ordered another a Belkin online and was connected fully without issue almost instantly. Never buying a Netgear product again and it’s a shame that this is what most of the stores carry, probably since the warranty is only 90 days, unlike the Belkin which has two years.

We bought this new router because the one that we had wasn't working to our expectations anymore, since we had been using it for several years. Unfortunately this router didn't work much better than our old Netgear router did. The signal strength isn't impressive, as you sometimes can't even get WiFi in the next room. Our house isn't huge, so this shouldn't even be an issue. I personally wouldn't purchase this product again, as there is plenty of room for improvement in this particular model.

It's a good Wi-fi, dual band router with decent performance & coverage. Just don't drop it. The antennas are easily broken, as they are molded into the plastic housing.
