bad customer service at netgear

I know tech blows up sometimes, but Netgear's customer service left me in the cold - I won't buy Netgear again because of how impossible it is to get a hold of someone in customer service. The gear is fine. I've had other NetGear, but Linksys is just as good, and they actually have decent customer service.

Same as any other router I've had

Range is weak.
