    New Fiber-Optics ISP installed router in a different room than the PC. Download speed was little different than a standard ISP. Netgear Dual Band USB increased speed marginally and their Tech Support tried to upgrade me with software for $300. After that, returned to BestBuy.

    Listen. Just take a moment and search google and Windows 10 and WIFI USB adapters. Don't just avoid this one, avoid them all. Windows 10 doesn't work reliably with any of them. If you see people who say it works just fine? They are one of the lucky ones! Gamble at your own risk

    When the adapter loaded it worked sufficiently. Too often it would not load after reboot and my 5G channel could not be seen on the wifi list on my Dell desktop. Also difficult to load manually. I eventually stopped using it and just connect to wifi via 2.5G channel.
