Have only used it for a month or so but so far works great, easily installed, great speeds. Only reason did not give it 5 stars is because I've only had it for a month.

It was easy to connect . Pretty much plug and play had it up and running in less than 5 min . It has good range . I recommend this product to friends

We always seem to have issues getting kicked of the internet or bad connection to the router. This one has been great! at first we thought it was pretty high on price, but its proved to work great

I bought this router to enhance the coverage provided by my Uverse Gateway and to give me the flexibility of parental controls. So far I am happy with the parental controls provided by it, however, the coverage is not necessarily any better than my Uverse Gateway.

My old router would occasionally require a restart. When I would do this, it would uninstall my wireless printer. Needless to say this was a hassle. The employee at Best Buy recommended this router to meet my needs and I have been highly satisfied.

This router comes with clear, user friendly instructions that make it a breeze to set up. It was up and running in minutes. It works flawlessly and looks great.

Was a little difficult to set up at first but once the first install was done, it's real easy to operate. Easily handles 4 smart phones, 2 lap tops and 2 tablets.

It was much more difficult to set up than seemed necessary. The range and strength were adequate but certainly not great. A computer just 25 Ft away could not connect on 5G. It is useful but not great.

This replaced an old router that was only giving 5-6 Mbps on WiFi. Now I am getting 35 Mbps on WiFi. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wished the range was a little longer as there are only a couple of bars reception in the farthest bedroom.

my other modem and router stopped working... Like this one for the speed and the price.. Noticed a big change in the streaming when I installed it.

Replaced older Cisco and Belkin routers with single Netgear router. Better coverage and throughput performance. Easy to setup and configure. Pleased overall with unit.

PROS: Easy to set up. Streaming is good. Dual range is very beneficial. Good range CONS: None identified so far. Would update if any identified.

I bought a Linksys that was impossible to get setup and work correctly, I returned it and bought the Netgear and it was set up in less than 20 min and works great.

I was excited to use this router to speed up my network. My 2wire gateway is b/g technology and worked good until I put more wireless devices on the network. The R6250 handles all my devices great set up as an access point which worked great and was very easy to set up . The netgear Genie app is super easy to help ID and set up the router. Now my game systems phones tablets and PC 's don't bog down with using both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz features. Best router I have ever bought.

I use this to add additional wi-fi coverage in my house and to replace the (cheap) router provided by my ISP. My Internet speed is 300 mbps and on wireless AC I've got up to 305/200. I haven't had any issues and the Netgear Geni app works great.

This product works well. However, it did not increase the range of coverage we expected. We chose this router because the facts on the front of the box said best wireless coverage for large homes. There have had no other problems with this router.

The speed of opening web pages and downloading has greatly improved since I got this. The set up was very easy. Love having the guest network

Purchased this item to replace the comcast modem/router rental. This router was able to exceed my household demands - 12 wireless devices - and maintain excellent data speeds without drops in a large house. The family is very happy now!

Powerful wireless router with a far-reaching range. Easy to setup and has 4 gigabit ports for hard-wired devices. Owned a Linksys prior and it burned up less than a year. Netgear products have not failed me in the past. Highly recommend.

No issues or problems works fast and great! I am running 8 devices to it and it still doesn't have any lag or issues. Netgear is a great brand to go with!
