This router works well. I had some issues with the 2.4ghz antenna, but after some adjustments it all works well.

Bought this cause they were out of the one I wanted in store. It was $40 more expensive and had fewer ports. Only one USB and 4 Ethernet ports.Good side, probably the fastest setup I've ever done on a router. Just a suggestion if you are replacing an older netgear router and have netgear genie installed, uninstall that first. Gave me a small hiccup when I installed this one.

I've gone through a bunch of $50 routers before realizing that we have too many devices for lesser routers to handle. We have 15 or so devices with teenagers, Xbox, PS3, tablets Etc and this solved our continual dropping issues. Great router, super fast. The fact that it's dual band helps keep older devices from slowing everything down. Very happy with my purchase! Blazing fast downloads, and no more "blinking" issue when racing iRacing online!

I had been stuck with Comcast/Xfinity's wireless router that you have to have to get home phone and it couldn't get reliable WiFi signal 20 feet away from it. I'd tried everything, from range extenders to having to run Cat5 cable through my house and nothing worked. Finally I bought this router and it gets WAY better range, both in N and AC mode. Finally I can have my WiFi cameras and downstairs covered and not have to worry about constant disconnections.

This router makes 10 more times Better my internet twice if range faster and easy to install and set up

Very good for the money. Upgraded from an N router. Definitely has a little better distance and speed.

Easy setup. Simultaneous dual band is great for supporting old devices. Up to 130 Mbps on cable so far!

I use this in my 2900 sq. ft. home and it seems to reach every room well. I haven't lost signal yet at any time, and haven't had to reset it at all. This is much better than my previous Netgear router I purchased several years ago. I highly recommend it, especially in a large home.

This is a great router. Netgear hit it out of the park with this one. If you want a good router that's equipped for new technology (works great with old devices also) and provides a reliable no-hassle wifi connection, then buy this product. Takes about 5 minutes to set up. Doubled my wifi speed.

At this price range it doesn't get much better than this router. Good range and strong signal.

This was easy to set up and works great. Supports 5 users and all of their devices and games.

My Netgear AC1600 was easy to set up, has plenty of settings if you want to adjust them, utilizes an easy to use app, and is perfect for most people's needs. I stream Netflix to a PS3 and noticed that the streaming is much better with no buffering while I'm viewing a movie, which happened with my old router. It was easy to connect my wi-fi printer, as well. Has some great features and I would recommend to anyone.
