    Was very hard to get hooked up. The phone number is not with the product and the point of my purchase was it restore my internet. Needed to call them to finish mu hook up.As a result it was time consuming. Doesn't reach the 2000 sq ft I was told.

    I was asking the associate to help me with faster streaming on my Roku. It did not help at all. In fact my husband was getting upset that his computer got to be very slow. I reinstalled our old one, and his computer improved immediately. We returned it.

    There are not a lot of DSL modems out there. This one worked with my AT&T DSL just fine. Would buy again.

    Installation was shaky. Had to contact netgear support to download latest code update and to resolve issue with wifi connection. Took about 45 min to get up and running. Have had 3 or 4 problems causing reboot over last 2 months.
