I needed something to help my internet be faster and this definitely did it!

Router is much more reliable than old route. We installed it 2 weeks ago and so far so go.

I purchased this router to replace the router from infinity and also to use for my streaming tv. So far works great and would buy it again.

Replace the old one with this one from the suggestion from the clerk at Best Buy said for the money it was an excellent router easy hook up works great

easy install, works great! Came day earlier than was suppose too. instuctions were clear.

It was frustrating working with Netgear Customer Service a few weeks after I purchased this router when its name disappeared from the list of available networks when I tried to add my work phone to my home network. Although I never changed the default password, the iPhone 5 from work wouldn't accept it. Then the router name disappeared from the list, and I discovered my laptop and iPhone 6 no longer connected to my home network either. Since it was late that evening when I discovered the problem, I contacted the cable company first the following day. Time Warner Cable helped me a bit; but since I purchased this router instead of renting it it through TWC, they had given me Netgear's help desk number. The automated prompts at Netgear couldn't understand my clearly spoken serial and model numbers, and it took several minutes to reach a human being. While I was waiting, an automated voice try walking me through some steps, but the voice went too fast for me to be able to follow, and it never repeated the steps. I found out the help desk is outsourced to India, and although the gal spoke English, she was difficult to understand. I was on the phone with the help desk for over an hour trying to troubleshoot the error. Through a series of complicated steps, the system was reset and all is right in the world again. I guess I am lucky that this problem surfaced within 90 days of purchase because otherwise, I may have been charged for the technical assistance.

Great router for the price. It comes with the majority of the same features as the nighthawk. However one thing to note: it DOES NOT support iOS VPN clients.

Very good signal i upgraded from a cisco because i had signal issues but with this router my problem was solved, easy to set up also

My college daughter set it up herself and she is not the most tech savvy person when it comes to getting thinks working. Speed is very good

This router is just great. The 5G band is super fast that I don't even need to connect an Ethernet cable for gaming purposes.

Purchased this for my internet. Easy to set up and more then enough power to work with 4-5 devises being used at 1 time

This was purchased for the purpose of being a wireless access, and for that, it works well. Setup was straight forward and performance is good.
