Works great, setup required customer service

The setup did not work over the app that I installed on my phone, which required a call to customer service. Although effective the call was routed to another country and the language barrier and accents posed a bit of an issue. In the end the router came up and we have had no other issues, but the customer service is the reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. We've only had it for a few months

Looks great, performs poorly

Installation was easy, directions were clear. Soon after installation, it would drop signal and reset itself every 1 - 3 hours roughly, usually at the most important part of a Netflix show or while gaming. It did this the entire time I owned it. Uninstalled and returned 2 days later.
